"Nice seating area inside and outside of the restaurant. They offer a large variety of basic pizzeria items. I ordered grilled chicken salad. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was super dry. More like bread crumbs. Very courteous counter clerk/server. They do seem like having the equipment to bake nice Neapolitan pizza. Not sure why they don't? About 25% expensive."

"Italian food is another one of my favorites. Whenever I’m in the area I at least stop by for a slice of pizza. Their pizza is really delicious along with their pasta. Be careful when the pizza comes out of the oven as it is extremely hot. Most time I ask them not to make it so hot because I can’t wait to eat it. There is a seating area to consume your food. There is also seating for indoor dining. The service is fast and again the food is delicious. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a bar located downstairs where they play music, nice vibe to the place. The restaurant accepts cash and card for payment. They even deliver. There are restrooms located upstairs and downstairs. Give this place a try I’m sure you’ll like it."

"We got there for Father’s Day brunch at 11:15 with a party of seven adults and two children when we arrived, we were among the first people in the restaurant we placed our order right away. We specifically asked that the children’s order please be brought out as quickly as possible one being yogurt and fruit, which does not need to be cooked and the other was plain pasta we waited for over an hour  to be served and this was with constant pressuring the manager and the waiter there was some problem in the kitchen with Ari, which was never clarified, but that’s not really my problem anyway  The children left without eating because they cannot wait any longer and it was a horrible experience"

"The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Despite not being in my neighborhood, I would probably come back again."

"I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. It was so delicious with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not overly cheesy. About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. "I have been going to Frank’s since I was a kid when it opened in the early 80s. My friends and I used to love to get a slice and sit in the booths before they expanded and renovated. So many great memories!Now I live far away but spend the summers in PC. One of my favorite things to do is ordering from Frank’s. The lunch specials are amazing, and they always give wonderful garlic balls with the specials. And I just ordered a salad pizza with roasted red peppers. It was so amazing that I ordered the same thing the next day. Now I can’t wait to try the salad pizza with gorgonzola because their Gorgonzola salads are delicious. If you like supporting local establishments, Frank’s will not disappoint!Thanks for staying open all these years!!!!!"

"We waited for more than two hours and ten minutes and never received our food. The chef fell ill in the kitchen and left. It was clear that he was the only one cooking. The owner tried to cook after the chef left, but they could not give us a definite time for when our food would be ready. As a result, four tables ended up leaving. This happened during a Valentine's Day celebration. They didn't even top off our salads or drinks. The service has been declining ever since the new owner took over the restaurant. Needless to say, we will not be coming back!"

"Everything is served family style that feeds 2-3 people. We started off with the fried calamari and it was amazing. Portion was a little too big for two people but still was amazing. After we got the chicken francese and rigatoni alla vodka. Both were absolutely delicious and made to perfection! I will 100% be visiting again"

"First of all excellent service !!! The waiter was amazing with checking in on us etc? On the other hand the food was perfect! The portions were good and it got me full. Price wise I think it?s affordable depending on what you order. My favorite dessert was the lemon sorbet. It was delicious and it was something that you just wanted more of. Overall I recommend this place to anyone that wants to dine in because it has both an excellent service and amazing food."

"My wife and I ate here on a Friday night. It was fairly busy and the wait staff was amazing. With all the staffing issues everywhere as of late, this business is doing an amazing job. The fresh baked garlic rolls paired well with our appetizer(muscles in white sauce) which was delicious. My wife ordered the Rotolo Alla Vodka and I had the chicken parmigiana over angelhair. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. Many places overcook or serve chicken parmigiana on the dry side. This was a nicejuicy flavorful chicken parmigiana. This business takes pride in the quality of their entrees. The wait staff was friendly andevery course from appetizer, soup and salad to entrees came out hot, fresh and timely. It?s been I while since We?ve receivedsuch great service at a local family owned business."

"My family of five had a fantastic meal here. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was pleased with their meals. I had the Eggplant Rollatini, and it was excellent—big enough for me to take home a second dinner. The Chicken Parmigiana was also superb. Our waiter was attentive, knowing it was our first visit and making sure we were well taken care of. Although the ambiance wasn't particularly impressive, I highly recommend this place. My 20 children enjoyed it just as much as my husband and I did. Give it a try!"

"We ordered 2 pizzas, an antipasto salad, chicken tenders, and 2 subs. We get our food and notice the cheesesteak is missing so I call explain what I'm missing get put on hold for a decent amount of time for some guy to get on the phone and says they forgot to put it in the bag. I say no problem can someone deliver it to me? he states they didn't deliver it grub hub did. My response well grub hub didn't forget to put it in the bag you guys did. He then explains he doesn't have a driver and can't spare an associate to deliver 1 sub 10min away. Doesn't offer the return, I needed to ask for that and then was rude with his response. Poor customer service. Fast forward I eat my sub and as pictured below this is what is suppose to be a turkey and cheese sub....where's the turkey?"
