"We waited nearly 90 minutes to be served. Our waiter seemed busy and never came by to update us on the status of our meal. After an hour of waiting, my partner got up to find someone for assistance. Our waiter finally approached our table and informed us, “Your food is almost ready. It’s delayed because they have a steak order.” In the end, four of us received our meals, but the fifth—a burger—didn't arrive until another 10 minutes later. The salmon was well-prepared, but it was cold. The burger was also cold, as were all the side dishes, and the fried okra tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for at least a day. Overall, this was one of the worst, if not the absolute worst, dining experiences we've ever had. It was truly disappointing."
