"We sat down to our table and the servers must share … we had two and neither person introduced themselves. Just made us feel rushed when clearly we had some older individuals in our party that hadn’t even sat down yet. We ordered the antipasti which was two versions of super dry (sitting out old tasting) Parmesan and a few other things; and very hard cracker like accompaniment. It was not very good but we paid for it so we ate it. We had five people in our party, each ordered something different; and every single item was over cooked and poorly seasoned. The dish with prosciutto, I confirmed would be crisped; the prosciutto was thick sliced (which is not how prosciutto should ever be sliced) and flabby. The chicken on two dishes were dry, even with sauce and the walleye was so overcooked it was inedible. We’ve not eaten at Notos in over ten years because the prices do not match the food, ambiance or prices; but it’s still in business so we gave it another shot … certainly things can change in ten years. We were wrong. We are not big complainers, or wasteful people, and none of us had eaten all day; so we did eat our meals. However, we will never go back."

"The bar service at this restaurant was outstanding. Our group of six had a great experience with both the food and service. Nicole, our server, was wonderful - extremely friendly and engaging to talk to. We all enjoyed her presence. The manager also took the time to come and speak with us, explaining the plans that the new owners had for the restaurant moving forward. He was great as well. We will definitely be returning soon!"

"We attended mother's day buffet. Food was OK but not top notch. i expected, but didn't see, pasta station, omelet maker, etc. Service was fair, but acceptable. What was not acceptable to me was an included, and hidden, 22% tip for a buffet. We won't be going back."

"It was a bit confusing as to how it worked. We were in the lounge section and someone “pointed “ us to where our table was. Then it took at least minutes for the server to come. We had to ask how to proceed. Although she was very nice we had to keep looking for her for help. Walking across the entry to get to the food was frustrating as there were people coming in, people leaving and those with full plates of food that we had to navigate through. Then no one picked up our dirty plates! You definitely needed more servers for the amount of people there. My suggestion is each room should have their own food station which would alleviate all the confusion. You wouldn’t lose any seating as the tables would replace the food station."

"We got there for Father’s Day brunch at 11:15 with a party of seven adults and two children when we arrived, we were among the first people in the restaurant we placed our order right away. We specifically asked that the children’s order please be brought out as quickly as possible one being yogurt and fruit, which does not need to be cooked and the other was plain pasta we waited for over an hour  to be served and this was with constant pressuring the manager and the waiter there was some problem in the kitchen with Ari, which was never clarified, but that’s not really my problem anyway  The children left without eating because they cannot wait any longer and it was a horrible experience"

"This is not the same restaurant I came to back in October or even prior to Had the Chicken Carbonara and it was less quality. What happened to the spaghetti pasta and the fresh sauce (egg and cheese mixture they used to prepare right at the table) and pancetta? Even the sweet potato side wasn't the same. The service is not quite up to par either. Our waitress was nice and helpful but why do I have to tell anyone we need to clear off dishes at our table? The server comes out with the appetizer and is looking at us to rearrange?? Then again with our main course. No one even asked if we were finished with our oysters when we were and have this big plate on the table with no room for our main course. Either get bigger tables or the staff should be aware to remove dishes when there is obviously no room. Don't look to your customers to figure it out. I had to scramble to find room myself. This used to be one of my top places to dine. I will have second thoughts next time"

"Oh my. Frank's Trattoria is a wonderful hidden gem located in the Richlandtown/Quakertown area off of 309. How delicious! The restaurant was nicely decorated, super clean, byob and our server Liz was beyond sweet. Now as for the food... it ranks as one of my best privately owned Italian venues and I visit many. The seafood and pasta dish was outstanding along with freshly made garlic knots, beautifully plated salad, and a complimentary glass of wine. All under $20. They also serve pizza, steak sandwiches, etc. Abd deliver. I shall return!"

"I grabbed two slices of cheese to go with a friend late on a Saturday night. The pizza was alright. The crust wasn't too dry, but the flavor of the slices were lacking without a generous helping of cheese. "I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. It was so delicious with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not overly cheesy. About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. "First time at this establishment. Ambiance was nice service was good waiter seemed to be a little new compared to the others there. Food was good. Apparently they charge $4 to split a salad if we would have known we would have just asked for two plates and done it ourselves. Also they add a $2.99 service charge to the food as a way to keep menu prices down even though the menu prices are fairly high. If not realized this when we got the check. You can ask to have them take it off but still an in honest way to price gauge and sneak in hidden fees. Had a party of 8 wierd they didn’t automatically add 15-18 percent gratuity but I can see why when the suggested tips go up to 25%. First time there but was unaware of all these wierd price sneak ins. Will think twice about coming here again or will be more aware of prices. For an Italian place I would Probabaly consider Aldinos instead. The birthday singer was fantastic and a surprise but the food prices and sneak in fees turn me off. Usually don’t write reviews but felt like this place takes advantage a bit to make you feel better they have someone taken the effort to keep menu prices lower when it doesn’t really seem like they did."

"Had good food catered from here a while back so decided to go dine in with a couple of friends. Was not impressed. No napkins on the table and had to ask three times before the waitress did a drive by and tossed a few paper ones onto the table. Her attitude was curt the entire visit. Food was average and my eggplant parm appeared to be deep fried from frozen, then a few squares of pre-wrapped cheese-food squares were melted on top. I would warn friends that this place seems more like a fast-food joint than a restaurant."

"a personal favorite restaurant for my engaged and me. each time we have gone, we get excellent service and eat. accommodations for vegetarian and vegan options. sure, not everything on the menu will be loved by everyone. there were only a few things I tried so far that I didn't care, especially from personal taste. our favorites are the artichoke diving, the auberginenparmesan, lasagna (and most of the pastas) and the dessert waffel. in serious, the waffel dessert is a 20 out of 10. the best desserts all time. (big fluffy warm waffel, 2 scoops vanilla and chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, whip cream and strawberries.) shout to the new restaurant manager, so inviting to offer a great service when they board. and to the new waiter angelo to provide a great service."

"Paesanos River Walk did not disappoint! The food was delicious. The waiter was excellent! They didn't seem to mind that two of our diners were running late. There were 10 of us. We ordered drinks appetizers and waited for their arrival before ordering. The Eggplant, Spaghetti Meatballs, Shrimp Paesanos were delicious. We will certainly be back on our next trip to San Antonio Riverwalk. A true Italian restaurant!"

"Not sure I understand the stars from anyone! We used to come here all the time when I was a kid. I remember my family looking so forward to the calamari. It was disappointing. My husband ordered a pizza which wasn’t cooked all the way thru. It was actually raw in the middle. He ate the crust. We would have told the waiter to put it back in the oven for a bit but we couldn’t find him. There were a few parties in the banquet rooms but only us and more couples in the dining room. Looks like the restaurant is at the end of its journey. Needless to say.. we will mor give it another chance."
