The first time I ordered a pepperoni pizza, it came out completely burnt—charred black. The next time, I ordered another pepperoni pizza, and they sent it without any cheese! Who serves a pepperoni pizza without cheese? It's ridiculous. I really feel for the owner because they have a solid product, but clearly, there's a disconnect with whoever is making these disappointing pizzas. Where's the quality control?"
