"Donuts were good, breakfast sandwich and hash browns were okay. I was hoping they’d be better.I came in for online pick up and saw my order on the counter so I grabbed it. A man helping a customer over by the donuts got very upset with me for grabbing my order that I already paid for off the counter and explained how it’s been an ongoing issue. To be honest I feel a little upset with the way he treated me, especially in front of everyone else in the store. I’m not his child. It was my first time picking up and I didn't know, which I told him. I get that he’s probably annoyed by people constantly grabbing orders, but that’s his problem, not mine. You guys should block people from being able to grab their orders, hide the orders, or put up a sign saying to ask first. There were 0 indication of the rules this man was upset with me about. He needs to control his emotions and learn how to treat customers better."
