"I reserved an igloo to celebrate my birthday with my husband, parents, and in laws (6 total). We have never done anything like this before and had the best time. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to because of the unique experience. We had great service (both our server Cody and restaurant manager Gwen were taking care of us and were awesome), the temperature was perfect (they have multiple heaters on and blankets available in case you get chilly but also said they can turn up/down heaters at request), the igloo itself was spacious and well decorated, and per usual, the food was great. While it might be a bit costly up front, $200 is easy to hit with 6 people who are ordering food and drinks. We had the best time and I would hands down do it again. We all felt beyond safe as far as COVID goes it's your own little bubble!Perfect for a celebration of any sort, girls night out, you name it!"

"I like this restaurant generally. The food and service were excellent per usual. But I was frustrated by the fact that I made a reservation in advance, but I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. Their only option to seat us at the time of our reservation was a high-top table, which was not an option for me, as I am recovering from knee surgery. Plus, a high top is not necessarily comfortable for many people. They had no low tops or booths available. What's the point of a reservation? The staff was very courteous about it, but still..."

"We weren't able to visit on the fifth, but our reservation was confirmed for the following week. We ordered two craft cocktails called Dirty Flirts, which the menu describes as dirty Gray Goose martinis with blue cheese olives and crispy prosciutto. However, what we received were just two dirty martinis, likely made with Gray Goose, but without the blue cheese olives, and they were topped with regular prosciutto instead. While we appreciated the safe environment, we felt that the overall quality didn't justify the prices."

"Had my first visit to Crave America. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a pleasant dining experience. The overall food quality was good, but the Bison burgers and pork belly lacked the expected flavor. The chicken mushroom pasta had no visible chicken; we speculated if it was blended into the sauce. On the bright side, everything else, from taste to quality, was exceptional, compensating for the minor disappointments. However, the slow drink refills meant we had to share with the kids. Overall, a positive experience with room for some improvements."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"The restaurant itself was decent, but the service was quite disappointing. Our server did not take part of our party's drink order, and I had to call her over to assist us. Ordering took a long time, and while the food was excellent once it arrived, we didn't see our server again until we were nearly finished with our meals. She brought out the birthday dessert, but forgot to provide utensils, so I had to ask another server for them. When we requested the check, it took a while to receive it, and when our server finally brought it, she stood over us, waiting for payment. This was the most interaction we had with her all evening. We noticed that a gratuity was already included, which was frustrating because we were not happy with the service and would not have tipped 20% otherwise. We’re disappointed we never saw a manager and felt compelled to leave such a high tip despite the poor experience. We will not be returning."

"What an enjoyable experience! The igloos are incredibly cozy, adorned with lights, furry chair covers, blankets, heaters, and other charming decor suitable for an igloo. We were served by Anthony, who was outstanding—responsive, accommodating, quick, and fun. Fortunately, our reservation fell on a warm early spring evening, so we had to open the windows, but we’re looking forward to returning when it’s a bit cooler to take full advantage of the igloo ambiance. The food at Crave is consistently excellent, and this evening was no exception."

"It was just me and my daughter. We waited 15 min for a server, then I finally had to ask someone to come to our table. We ordered drinks and food at the same time as we had to tickets to the ballet. Our food came within 10 mins, our drinks 5 mins after our food. Our server was apologetic and very sweet, which made up for it. We've been here twice and both times, I leave thinking, it's par all around. Food is ok, but not worth the value. The real value is it's location, being right next to shops and the State theater. I love the location and ambience, just wish it was better food for the price. I would not come here unless we had to."

"The food was decent, and the drinks were priced at $16 each. We chose to visit on a Sunday afternoon because their website advertised all-day happy hour, but that turned out to be misleading—there were no happy hour prices at all. I suppose it was our mistake not to ask about the drink prices, but honestly, $16 for a small margarita? We ordered that because they were out of the ingredients for the blood orange margarita we wanted. The food was acceptable, but definitely not worth the high prices. Overall, everything felt overpriced. On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and very friendly. However, I doubt we will return. We went because we had a $20 off coupon for a $50 spend, thinking my daughter and I could indulge a bit for lunch. Yet, after ordering three drinks and two pasta dishes, our total still came to $85, even with the discount."

"Everything was incredible! The appetizers, main courses, and wine were all fantastic! We even received warm towels before our meal! "We had a late lunch also had a carryout. The 2 orders to go were hamburgers ordered medium well, no cheese on one burger. Side salad was ordered with no cheese. The burgers were overdone, charred on outside the no cheese burger had remnants of cheese most scraped off. The side salad was also ordered no cheese, it had feta in it. Very disappointed in the carryout order. Will think twice before returning."

"Food was ok but incredible disappointing service. We had reserved a table of 5 for a family birthday via the phone well in advance with a special request for a table away from the bar for quiet seating as it can be very loud and we have members who are hard of hearing. After confirming our request a day in advance with the host via phone we arrived and had a wait 15-20 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We reminded the host stand of our special requests and they just said sure they would look into it. We were finally seat at a table literally 5 feet from the bar in the loudest part of the restaurant. The lead host Trish was either ill-equipped to respond to a basic concern or just didn't care enough to respond to my questions on why this was all they had for us. She was unwilling to acknowledge their failings to procure a suitable table despite significant attempted planning our end. The meal was substantially ruined as the birthday person could hear little from the rest of the table. Again, lead Host Trish said there was nothing that could be done as they were busy and walked away. We have been frequent guests of Crave but will be taking a considerable break after such frustrating meal."

"Where this is located in a mall and it is a bit loud. It is an outstanding place. Our server Lizzie was spectacular, to say the least. She was helpful with suggestions and even allowed me to order off the dinner menu for lunch. The food was beyond delicious. I had a bone in rib-eye with mash potaties and grilled asparagus, and my partner had the fried walleye with asparagus. To sit and watch the chefs cok and how the staff moved the dishes out to get served was like watching a show. I can't say enough about our server, the food, and the atmosphere. This is a definite must place to eat."

"I visited this place while at the mall, and the staff were incredibly helpful. With their assistance, I managed to find a few items I had been meaning to purchase. I also discovered some dinosaur and butterfly cookie cutters for the kids, which have been on my wishlist for ages. "You know what I don 't understand? Greek, not a word of it. You know what else I can 't fathom, how can the Satellite 's Tribute shows not be more popular? I have seen 7 or 8 of them, now. They have all been first-rate musical performances, great atmosphere, a responsive audience, just so much fun. The Nirvana 'Nevermind ' Turns 25 show was a spirited and joyous event. While most of the Tribute shows, the Prince and Wilco shows I attended, in particular, were more polished and varied productions, the Nirvana show was right up there as a terrific night of musical entertainment. They played the entirety of 'Nevermind ' with a passion Cobain would have admired. So, do yourself a favor and attend one of these Satellite Tribute concerts, they 're free, the drinks are good, the folks are pretty friendly and the music is fantastic."

"I am from out of town, but I have been to other Crave locations before. I had a reservation for 9:00pm and arrived 15 minutes early, but they seated us right away. However, our server seemed busy with other tables. Another server took our drink order and informed us of the situation. He took care of us for the rest of the evening and did a fantastic job. We had an appetizer and two sushi rolls and were done by 10:00pm. It was a great New Year's Eve dinner! I would definitely come back."
