"I enjoy there large smoothie choice. I tried a new blend and I am living it. The wait was a bit longer than normal, but there was a Friday smoothie promotion going. The two workers were trying to keep on top of all the online orders and the walk in customers. They did let the walk in customer know about how long it might take to serve them. I appreciated hearing that because this allowed us to choose to wait if we had the time."

"i visit this store frequent because i live in area.today as i walked in the store 3 customers were in store being serviced and i heard one worker tell the other these strawberry extremes are watery as she poured them for the customers in front of me. shethen attempted to pour me one out of the same blender and i refused the smoothie stating it was too watery.. "Horrible customer service. My first visit there. They were busy and the staff didn 't know how to handle it. Staff was noticeably grumpy and not a smile in our long wait there. They forgot our order and served 4 to 5 people who ordered after us. When we confronted them, they said someone else must have picked up our order. Funny, because we stood waiting and watching them make drinks and ours were simply never made. The smoothies were good, but nothing exceptional and definitely not worth waiting 30 min for 3 drinks. Not worth attempting to visit again."

"On a recent visit (July 29th, a little past 8:30 PM), I encountered the same employee again. I ordered two 40 oz drinks, but one of them was filled significantly lower than expected. I politely expressed my concern, but she just waved her hand dismissively, took the drink from me, and handed it to another coworker. I couldn’t understand how they managed to fill it so quickly when it had been so low to begin with. At no point was she apologetic or friendly when returning my drink. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve faced a similar issue at this location. I also found that the customer service email provided does not work."

"The smoothies themselves are usually made well enough and don 't take long. But the staff isn 't particularly friendly. I wouldn 't go so far as to say they are unfriendly so much as they are very uninviting. Don 't think I 've ever really had one of them say anything to me after my multiple visits beyond the routine retail what can I get for you, I can help you here, thank you have a good day stuff, but none of it is ever said with a smile or enthusiasm. Other smoothie king locations seem to have much more friendly and open staff that 'll actually interact with you but this particular one seems to have nothing but somewhat moody girls going through the motions. I 'll continue going for the filling smoothie as it is a healthy alternative, but it is a definite drawback that this happens to be my local shop."

"The staff at the drive-thru were incredibly fun and helpful! My grandpa, who recently had a stroke, needed a smoothie for a meal replacement that was dairy-free and low in sugar to provide him with essential vitamins and nutrients. The two employees on duty immediately guided me through the process and explained the ingredients, all while efficiently serving the cars behind us. Their time management and customer service were outstanding. To top it off, one of the guys working even broke into song while he was making our smoothie, which made the experience even more enjoyable!"

"After a month of negative experiences, I feel compelled to write this review. If possible, I recommend going to the Prairieville location instead. My visits to this particular Smoothie King have been progressively worse, especially after my gym sessions. I have received the wrong order, been given a small instead of the large I paid for, and they even take your phone from your hand instead of scanning it for contactless payment. I only choose this location because it is conveniently located across the street from my gym, and I do eventually receive the correct order. However, it would be greatly appreciated if they addressed these issues. The staff at the Prairieville Smoothie King provide excellent service, and it shouldn't be difficult to offer the same level of service in a drive-thru setting."

Customer service is good, but I think they could be better at greeting people when they walk in, and have a quicker response time when someone is standing at the counter waiting to order. Overall, very quick turn around on smoothies ordered, and the store is pretty stocked with items on the shelves. The tables are usually pretty clean. Prices are a good value.I ordered the apple kiwi kale smoothie, and love it.However, if you've never been to a Smoothie King, you should know that most of the ingredients are not fresh fruit and vegetables and just powder, which is why it comes out so fast and the smoothies taste so sweet. I do wish corporate would change the quality of ingredients so that customers could feel better about what they are consuming."

"I love smoothie king but this location is almost always disappointing. My best friend and I went today and got angel food one with peanut butter and one make it skinny with peanut butter. The staff was mumbling under their breath about how “sick of people” they were and then got the order wrong. They were giggling and talking to each other without acknowledging our orders and over all were just very rude. My best friend and I both work in customer service so we understand how frustrating serving people can be sometimes but when the customers are nice and considerate there should almost never be a problem.. very sad day for customer service. I hope these kids learn a little kindness and respect."

"I visited this location this morning and ordered a 20 oz smoothie with extra strawberry, banana, and mango. To my surprise, I was informed that if the extras didn’t fit into the 20 oz cup, they would simply be thrown away. I was being asked to pay $11 for the smoothie but wouldn’t even receive all the ingredients I had paid for. They insisted that this was their policy. I highly recommend avoiding this location, as it’s unreasonable to pay $11 for a 20 oz smoothie only to have extra ingredients discarded. It’s truly frustrating!"

"Not safe for attendance during this pandemic! Great tasting menu have tried almost everything they have and I cannot say they have any bad flavorUpdate went there on the 18 of November 2020 and was discussed by what I found. I ordered online for curbside pickup and when I called the location upon arrival I was told that they do not offer the curbside pickup and I would need to come in to the restaurant to get my drink. I informed her that I was not comfortable coming in and that is why I ordered it curbside. She asked me if there was a particular reason I did not want to come into the location. I was a bit shocked ? but I said there is a pandemic right now(COVID-19). She laughed at me and then said that is the only way I can get my drink. I told her I would like a refund then so she said “you’re gonna have to come in for that too.” I was a little confused as to where her customer service skills were obtained. After thought I decided to entertain the establishment with my mask and gloves on and I found a worker with no PPE on standing in the middle of the business. That worker pretended another customer and I were not there by ignoring our presence. She stood there doing paper work and going over the machines without a mask on! I will not attend this location again it’s just not safe for me or my family! Another great franchise going in the dirt!"

"Sherbaz, the man, the myth, the legend at Smoothie King, served me the best smoothie I've ever tasted in my life. It was a magical experience for my taste buds, almost like a journey to a world similar to Narnia. I’ve never truly appreciated life at this level until I tried the smoothie crafted by Sherbaz. Even though I don’t know him personally, he made my day unforgettable. If I had to choose between finding true love and this smoothie, I would undoubtedly choose the smoothie. If it came down to watching my kids grow up or enjoying this smoothie, I’d opt for the smoothie every time.
