"Summary: Eaten here twice and both times we have had bad food, and a long wait. I love supporting small businesses but this place needs an overhaul. First: The food is not good. We got the Vegan biscuits and Gravy and it did not taste or even look like biscuits and gravy. The gravy was more like pulverized Impossible meat butter sauce. The biscuits had a sweet taste too them and were way too dense. Secondly: I know this isn't a one time occurrence because this was our second time eating here. The Vegan French toast taste like coconut oil toast with powdered sugar on it (imagine toasting bread in coconut oil like a grill cheese and then sprinkling powdered sugar on it and calling it french toast, No flax egg replacement or anything similar to give you that crusty french toast outter shell). The pancakes were also coconut oil based or maybe even banana and were soggy. I can't understand how the chef has not been retrained or replaced. Third and finally: The wait staff isnt overwhelmed but the kitchen sure is. It consistently takes 30 minutes to get your food. Their is a tiny waiting area (comfortably seats 2 people) to wait for a table but it easily fills up as people wait for their food. Having Vegan options is hard to come by but this place makes you want to just stay home and cook for yourself. I'd love to give them another chance if they actually take action to overhaul their kitchen staff."

"My vegan niece recommended this spot for brunch, and I was really impressed! Everything was incredibly fresh. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time! The vegan sweet potato hash browns were fantastic, and the blueberry whole wheat pancakes were made fresh, not frozen. Just a heads up, though—the coffee and mimosas pack quite a punch!"
