"In summary, if I could give this pub six stars, I would. They turned a negative experience with an app into a positive one. Our Postmates order never arrived and the driver blocked us when we tried to contact them. Despite reaching out for help with no response, the pub stepped in to rectify the situation. Colin/Collin resolved the issue by personally redesigning our order and ensuring we received it. The pub did not blame us for the mishap and their food was delicious. After this experience, my top reason for reordering from this pub is their exceptional customer service. I will not be using Postmates again."
