"Absolutely adorable! I came for the food and stayed for the amazing service. This has quickly become my favorite spot in San Francisco. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I found myself feeling a bit envious of a friend who ordered the dry-fried chicken. Thankfully, they offered dry-fried mushrooms, which I decided to try. I had no idea what to expect, but they were fantastic, featuring the same deliciously crunchy outer layer and a tender interior that's easy to bite into. Naturally, I had to order the green beans too. The portion sizes and flavors are impressively generous. Plus, they even offer brown rice! The standout part of my experience, though, was the service. The staff at the front engaged in conversation with the guests and even supported local trick-or-treating. This place truly embodies the spirit of your friendly neighborhood Spiderman!"

"The restaurant had fantastic table arrangements for larger groups. The food was excellent. However, the service was extremely poor, and it wasn't due to being short-staffed. The staff appeared indifferent and uninterested. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to approach them to ask for the bill as every employee was on their phone. We wanted to order more food and drinks, but no one checked on us, so we decided to just pay and leave. It was quite disappointing, to say the least."

"On a rainy Monday evening (yes? Open up on Monday! Apparently from 15. August 2022) because rain soup to my brain. They had just opened for the night, so I was the only cartridge, but they did a great takeout. Of course, the service was stellar as I had the place to me. I started with a passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly and pork and shrimp summer rolls. The rollers were tightly wound and nothing torn or dropped out and the fillings were well distributed. I loved the peanut sauce with a perfect balance of sweet and savory with a touch of fish sauce. Extra bonus for crispy shallots above. I have a 3 meat pho with brisket, eyes round and meat ball. The brisket and the eye round were tender and the meatballs were smooth without a little grist. The broth was wonderful, you could taste the spices and it was well balanced between salty, sweet and a little silky fat from the Briske. I also loved that it was hard and not 80% noodles because I prefer the broth over the noodles. My only complaint is that the entire 30 40 minutes in which I was, they played the same song on repetition. Shazam? By Alan Jackson. I didn't have the heart to ask my waitress to change it, could have been her favorite? And the food was so good I enjoyed my visit still very much!"
