"I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an egg bagel with salt and pepper, but when I got home I found that I had been given a BLT on an everything bagel with no salt or pepper. I'm not sure what happened, as I usually don't have any issues when I come here and the food is usually good. This time was disappointing, and although I was too hungry to go back and fix it, I may have to reconsider this as my go-to breakfast spot in the future."

"Yummy! I haven't had Thai food in such a long time and after exploring the surrounding area, my fiancé and I decided to try this place out. Service is excellent. We were greeted at the front door and our waitress was delightful. We told her that we wanted spicy dishes and she recommend we get 3x the spice level. If you love spicy food, I highly recommend you try the curries with the highest spice level; it's creamy, mouthwatering delicious. We had the Pad Thai and the Panang Curry for our main dishes and the chicken satay as an appetizer. The Pad Thai was a bit too sweet for my liking but the satay came with an insanely delicious peanut sauce. We ended up ordering more of the peanut sauce to eat with our main dishes. Prices are a tad bit steep for the area, but I guess this is the new norm. Highly recommend, till next time!"

"I ordered takeout soup and egg rolls. Unfortunately, all three soups were cold and lacked substantial ingredients, while the egg rolls were bland, appearing old and gummy. I was very disappointed. I've had much better experiences in the past, as I used to frequent this place often. It seems they have downsized to a small dining room and now only focus on takeout."

"1-star for their general Tso's chicken. I've been here since the late 90's early 2000's and now I've come full circle back here again. This place really sucks. Based on just their staple dish the General Tso's chicken, it is just terrible. Chicken that their sous chef won't even cut up measuring nearly 4 a piece. Then you have BATTER that is not fully fried. Rush job for an over the phone order placed 15 minutes prior to pickup and still having to wait when arrived at restaurant is just not acceptable. $16.95 for this? The flavor is bland and missing vinegar and overall it was a terrible dish that I cannot even eat because the batter was uncooked. The pictures speak for itself. This place use to be 5-star food but now it has sunken to a new low. The chef doesn't care and it shows. At least avoid the general tso's chicken. Food was ordered jan 19, 2022 a little after 1pm."

"The pick-up experience was fantastic and hassle-free. There’s convenient lateral parking right in front of the restaurant on Diagonal-Curb side. The food is absolutely delicious—every single dish! The orange chicken is generous, featuring real chicken breast pieces without the thick batter often found in lower-quality dishes. The Mongolian beef is outstanding, and the Pork Foo Young is exceptional—the beef is incredibly tender and flavorful, without being greasy. The Pork Chop Suey is also wonderful. We will definitely be returning regularly, as this is the best food we've had in a long time."

"I have never paid so much for bad Chinese food. The sweet and sour chicken is NOT sweet and sour chicken! It's more like BBQ smothered over cooked and fatty chicken. It even has peppers in it. My fried rice, which I had to order a full side of (at almost $7) bc they wouldn't substitute the white rice, was not even cooked all the way. The spring rolls were tiny and no different than the ones you can buy in the frozen section. My husband said the General Tso's Chicken was ehhh, same overcooked and fatty chicken with a different sauce. The Crab Rangoon is only 4 pieces... only 4! What a complete disappointment! And I paid over $50 for the jou of being disappointed"

"We had take out and were excited since we love China House in Novato. Admittedly we compared quality and portions to Novato location. The young man who gave me the order told me they are all independently owned. The portions were smaller and seemed pricier than the Marin county location. Chicken teriyaki was in a lot of broth with onions and mushrooms, not what we expected. Shrimp with walnuts was okay but not very flavorful and heavily breaded. We would try it again but with enough time, make the drive to Novato."

"I was really disappointed with my experience at Sunshine Chinese. I was visiting town for a few days on a tight budget but wanted to treat myself to some good Chinese food one night. After reading the reviews online, I decided to try Sunshine. I ordered sesame chicken, vegetable lo mein, and crab rangoon. The staff was very friendly, and my order was ready quickly and served hot—those were the only positives. The lo mein was okay but had very few vegetables. The sesame chicken was tough and tasted like it was a day old; I couldn’t even finish it. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The crab rangoon contained no crab and had a strange whipped cream cheese filling instead. Portions were very small, especially considering the price. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. Hopefully, they improve their quality and live up to the good reviews they’ve received."

"Nice warm clean atmosphere inside. Friendly and attentive staff. All the food we ordered was super fresh and piping hot. Amazing clean fresh taste that is hard to come by from Chinese restaurant hence this is just outstanding. The star of the show is their chicken wings. Omg.... It was so good. "Wonderful food from some really nice people. My wife and I stopped for the recording in 2022 a few times and every visit was good. The place is clean, the greetings are pleasant and the food was first class. Compared to other restaurants that serve similar types of food, these guys have it down. The Thai curry was simply amazing. Medium is actually quite hot, but mild is not quite hot enough. The Chinese style food is really good, fresh vegetables and just tastes full and fresh."

"Is it just me but iPhone autocorrect is hella whacked and just keeps getting worse and worse? Case in point: What do you want at Phở Luen Fat? Types in BBH Hits send BBC?! OMG, I meant 'BBH '...damn autocorrect! FACE PALM Phở Luen Fat has been on my list to try for mom and pop owned cheap eats and I finally had a chance to try it last month. They 're open for takeout only. No indoor dining and they 're not on any delivery platforms . M E N U Viet, Chinese, and Thai. I think the owners are Chinese so the Viet food has a Chinese bent to it. CASH ONLY. F O O D Bún Bò Huế: Spicy Beef Noodle Soup w/ well done flank, pork, fancy pork, tendon, pork blood Large $12.95 : Add extra fancy pork tendon $2 For the price and for Viz Valley, the BBH was decent. The thick, round rice noodles were al dente and chewy despite takeout. No clumping soup was separated . The flank was tender and the fancy pork chả lụa was fine since you can rarely go wrong with steamed pork roll. The tendons were cubed and had a soft yet firm gelatinous bite to it. There was one cube of pork blood that was soft and smooth, and not too metallic y tasting. The pork was missing. The broth was my least fav component...it lacked depth and complexity, and tasted like msg water. Maybe because it was an hour before closing? The accompanying saté sauce lemongrass chili oil really helped to give it a punch of flavor and heat, along with the basil, jalapeños, and squeeze of lime. S E R V I C E My order was kindly dropped off to me since I was isolating turned out not to be Covid PHEW! so can 't comment on the staff but the food took about 15 minutes to prepare. Be careful of the soup container when traveling. They don 't secure it with a baggie so there was spillage. A M B I A N C E Due to Covid, takeout only. P A R K I N G Metered street parking. Overall, being under the weather, it was a decent bowl of BBH. More of 3.5 stars but it was cheap. You can 't even get a bowl of BBH in E Man Jose for this cheap so 4 stars."

"The owner is so nice. She taught her daughter how to make the cash register. So refreshing to see a child who learns her family business. She was dressed and looked so professional. Since we are tourists, we asked for recommendations and the beef Fried Rice was enough for two as she said. The egg rolls were excellent. We come back on our next trip!! Great job!!!"

"This is a fantastic restaurant! I placed my order over the phone, and the young lady who took it was incredibly polite and friendly. She informed me it might take an hour, but I received my food in less than 20 minutes. The gentleman who brought my order to my room addressed me by name and kindly offered to help me carry it to my table since I'm handicapped. However, I was able to manage it myself since it was in a bag. I thanked him for his assistance.
