"I give Dittos an 8 out of 10! The rolls were delicious and I have no complaints. This restaurant offers affordable and decent quality sushi in Santa Cruz. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, despite some mixed reviews. As someone who is picky about fish quality, I found the sushi to be quite decent, especially considering the reasonable prices. My roommate and I decided to order sushi for dinner through Uber Eats, and we were both satisfied with our choices. The rolls were individually packaged as we requested and were labeled correctly. While the 49ers roll was a bit different with spicy tuna and no lemon, it was still tasty. The Santa Cruz roll, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious, with the perfect combination of mango, salmon, and crab. I also sampled my roommate's orange blossom roll, which I'll definitely order next time as it was my favorite. I highly recommend it for salmon lovers. The wasabi and ginger were good and conveniently packaged. Although it may not be top-notch omakase quality, it is definitely a step above supermarket sushi. The delivery was quick and the preparation efficient. I will definitely be returning to Dittos for my sushi fix in Santa Cruz. Give it a try – the value for money is well worth it."

"My wife and I recently visited this restaurant without knowing what to expect, as we had never tried Vietnamese cuisine before. The owner, or at least I think she was, helped us by recommending a salad that featured spaghetti and grilled chicken. The food was fantastic, and both of the women there were incredibly friendly and entertaining. If we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely stop by!"

"I came here for lunch so my review is strictly based on my lunch experience. My first time visiting despite this restaurant being in the area for over 10 years. It was busy with the weekday lunch crowd. The service was quick and while scanning the menu, I primarily focused on the lunch specials. You got a choice of 2 entrees--varies on the set you choose plus rice, salad and seasoned spinach all for about $20. I chose the sashimi combo and got tuna sashimi, chicken katsu, rice, soup, salad seasoned spinach. My lunchmate ordered the chirashi set plus hot soba. Both meals were filling and satisfying. We ate everything. The tuna was tender the katsu was crisp and not greasy. The spinach was nicely seasoned. Note: If you pay by card, the processing fee is added onto you bill. Two prices are listed on the bill--by cash and by card."

"Better than I expected. I am not sure why there are negative perceptions. I am not sure what folks expect from a place with 'express ' in the name.<br/ <br/ I ordered a Chicken Don bowl and a vegetable tempura. Both were actually quite good. The egg was a little overcooked in the don but that is a minor complaint. It was steamy hot and fresh. The tempura was light and had very little taste of oil.<br/ <br/ It was very quick and the people working there were friendly."

"This place “ROCKS!” I was surprised. It was my first visit. As well as a recommendation from my nephew who frequents to Colonie whenever he hankers for some really good, delicious Ramen. "The staff was very kind and they greeted us and all said goodbye when we left which was very kind. The food was alright to me (only because some of it was a little sweet and as one customer that 's just my personal preference for my food to be a bit more savory) . I know most restaurants have their own recipes, and Korean restaurants may differ especially as well. The two aspects that I didn 't like too much was the lighting; it did have a dimmed atmosphere which I usually like, but the lighting was off? And the way we experienced the food in regards to having it cooked for us instead wasn 't what we were used to since usually in KBBQ you cook yourself and serve, but the lady who cooked for us was sweet, and the other lady who brought us to out to our table was also sweet; we wanted to note that I believe that the first lady I mentioned forgot to come back to us when a certain meat was cooking because we ended up cooking the rest before it burnt, so in that regard please be careful. That being said, I know people forget certain things so I 'm not angry. I 'd also reccomend definitely brightening up the area or at least using a different dim lighting. This doesn 't take away from the kindness and the decent food!"
