"I personally don't have a strong liking for this restaurant, but my family seems to enjoy it, and we went there at their request. Unfortunately, they were not happy with their experience yesterday. The service was acceptable, but the meat service was lacking; we had to ask multiple times for specific cuts and types of meat. At one point, we waited at least 20 minutes, and my husband was quite displeased. My daughter and I prefer medium cook, while my husband likes his medium rare, and getting the medium took far longer than expected. It felt like we were all eating at different times. I gave it 4 stars because the ambiance is nice, and the server did a solid job overall; otherwise, I would have rated it no higher than 2 stars. The restroom, however, was unclean, and for a restaurant that charges these prices, the hostess should be checking on it at least every 15 minutes."
