"Years ago I would have gave them 4 or 5 stars but here lately something has happened to make this place go downhill. The last 5 times we have ordered there it has been horrible. We always order extra pizza sauce because they put hardly any on there. So wepretty much get regular amount from here when we order extra. Also the last 4 times our mozzarella sticks have been extremelyovercooked. We have ordered from here for years and when understand things happen but our last 5 orders something has been wrongso we will be going somewhere else now. Sucks because we really used to live their food."

"The whole place including the manager are all very unprofessional. The fact that I ordered from this place on a day to day basis its absurd. I ordered food and they stated that they called me to let me know the food was delivered. When and where? Because if they had called me than I wouldnt be calling them to find out when is my food being delivered. I told them I didn't want the food and they can send someone to pick it up and they can refund my money. My cousin went in there personally to tell them why they did not pick up the food yet. They had the nerve to say that she went in there to remake the food. Why would we want a remake of the food hours later. Make it make sense please. I will never order from them again. They do not want to refund my money either. You call this customer service. What a joke. They clearly do not even deserve a star at all. But they were quick to grab that 5.00 deliver tip fee that was added on the card. Oh okay"

"At first the food was alright. One time I ordered a steak royal. My bread was suppose to be toasted and it was burnt and I didn’t like how the steak tasted. I said okay I won’t order that again. Next time I ordered a large pizza.. the bottom was basically black on almost my whole pizza. I wish I had took a pic of it. Today I ordered and asked them not to burn my pizza this time. The guy was nice on the phone when I told him that. The pizza wasn’t ready when I got there. I came back in waiting in front of the lady waiting for her to acknowledge me. She knew I was waiting for the pizza. So I guess she figured she would acknowledge me. She ask do you have the receipt number with a nasty attitude. I said very nicely do I need it because it’s in the car. The lady says very rudely you want your food right and I asked cant you look up my number very calm. She looks up my number and yells out the order number. Thanks for not burning my pizza but I’m going to take my business elsewhere."

"This place is amazing! If I could rate 100 stars, I would. I ordered a cheese steak, a pizza and salad. Spoiler warning, you were there! The cheese steak roll tasted super fresh and it was very soft. I never had a cheese so delicious!! It was very creamy and cheesy! The meat was very well made, and for a 13 dollar cheese steak it seemed favorable for its value. The pizza appeared a bit expensive first, but it paid off at the end! The crust tastes very fresh and it was very crispy. The sauce is a mixture of sweet and sour, and there was a delicious stamp for pizza! The cheese was not bad at ALL. The paprika tastes more like real paprika than the paprika you can buy in the store! The whole pizza had enough fat, not like other pizza restaurants that WAY have too much fat. Finally, this place is the BEST! If you have the chance to order something from here, DO IT. It won't disappoint."

"12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap ?. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak ? wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years . So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. "We order from here all the time. Last weekend we got a no-show delivery. They claim it was delivered but I definitely fed my kids PB&J for dinner due to no pizza. Restaurant dug their heels in, I didn't even want my money back, just an apology. Said they would call me to talk about it and never did. "We're staying at a motel in Baltimore for a few days, and since we're out of state, we were unsure about what to order. Back home, we have Domino's and Chinese food, so those choices didn't seem appealing. Eventually, we decided to try Pizza Time, and it was wonderful! The delivery was prompt, the delivery person was friendly, and the food was delicious. Overall, it surpassed our expectations in terms of quality and portion size, and the prices were very reasonable. We plan to order from there again before we leave, and I highly recommend the gravy fries!"
