"Really sad because I order diet drinks specifically because I'm diabetic and they always disregard and give me the regular option. Its not really a big deal but for me I always end up throwing out the drinks I order from here which can be pricy on food delivery apps with all the added tax and delivery fees. Switching to a new deli solely for the diet drink reason, things like this are small but they can make a really big difference from gaining regular customers."

"First and foremost this is not a safe space for LGBTQIA+ or queer people. I went in for a job interview today after driving for 30 mins. Someone else was scheduled at the same time I was asked to come, so I opened the door for the manager and the other candidate and patiently waited and was never seen. After I decided to leave after the humiliation of not being acknowledged, I thought I might as well order a coffee so my time was not complete wasted. After ordering I waited several minutes and then saw a beverage had been placed on the counter. I asked the girl who took my order if it was my beverage and she proceeded to ask 3 other people who the beverage was for. I couldn’t get a solid clear answer on whether it was so I just took a chance and assumed it was. Long story short, you can slap rainbows on your business but ignoring and mistreating queer people does not make you an ally and it sure as heck doesn’t make you a professional and ethical business. I’m sure they will make some excuse as to why they couldn’t bother even giving me the time of day but actions speak louder than words. Don’t give your money to people who won’t even acknowledge the personhood of queer folx. To Rachel the manager I’m glad you ignored me and wouldn’t give me the time of day because I would never work for someone who would cause harm to another queer person. It shows the type of person you are and it’s disgusting. I hope you sit with that shame and let it consume you until you’re able to reflect on your actions and grow. I wish you healing but I do not wish you peace."

"This restaurant is conveniently located right off Old County Road in Plainview, making it easy to spot from nearby Nassau County areas. There is plenty of parking available, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered, and they accept credit cards. The staff is friendly, with owner Steve Cohen particularly going above and beyond to make guests feel like family. I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be returning."

"Used to be my go to deli, its gone down the drain after multiple management changes. They are a bit dishonest and charge extra for every small thing, especially if you don't notice! The staff is quite rude and just there to earn a paycheck, and my last couple of experiences there left a very and taste in my mouth. Having to pay 6 bucks for a bagel w cream cheese was not my idea of a good time. Add surly staff who are super rude, and my business is now going the the other 10 new delis opened up and down in a 2 block radius."

"I think these are the best local bagels in the area, especially if you go early and they're hot, although they bake bagels all day and I usually do get a hot one even when going for lunch. The crust has a nice bite to it, the toppings are very well done, and the soft center is delicious. I'm actually now getting hungry for them writing this review thinking about those hot delicious bagels. It is my go-to place when I need to get some bagels, but I usually end up buying an extra one to eat on the way home, oftentimes as a Sammy stick it's as easy to hold as essentially a straight bagel"
