"Two of our three meals arrived, but we had to ask for utensils and napkins because they weren’t provided. The third plate took an additional five minutes to arrive, and we still didn't have utensils. Our server never checked on us or refilled our drinks, and I had to flag him down to get the check and a takeout box. For context, there were only three other tables with two people each, along with ours. Overall, dinner took over an hour and a half.
On a positive note, the atmosphere was pleasant—well-lit, modern, tastefully decorated, and clean. It’s an upscale establishment with higher prices, but they serve huge portions, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired."
