I kept asking the staff about my order, but they rudely insisted they were working on it, when in fact they never prepared it at all. It seemed like they didn’t have some of the items ready and needed to go back to get them, but they never communicated this to me. I would have been perfectly fine with a substitution or cancellation, but that option was never offered. After quite a bit of hassle, we finally got a refund. I used to really enjoy dining here, but this is not the first time I've encountered rude service. I can overlook slow service, stock shortages, and being short-staffed—I understand those situations and typically have a lot of patience for them. However, it’s crucial to treat customers with kindness, especially when they are respectful toward you."
