"My husband ordered a cheesesteak Gyro for me. I asked pacifically for the white sauce, not the tiger sauce but the white sauce he told them that when my husband brought my food home we did I didn’t have the sauce on it. I called them they said nobody made that kind of cheesesteak Gyro I called they called me back. I spoke to someone else, and I was still talking and a person hung up on me. They told me to call back tomorrow when the manager is there because the manager made it well tomorrow I’m gonna call back and if they don’t make this right then I’ll make my rating tomorrow"

"God awful. We were one of 2 parties in the shop. We were told to scan the QR code, order, and take a seat. We did this. Then waited 45min until finally asking for an update. Told we did it wrong and placed it as take out. Not true, since there's no option to select this from the QR code. Bad, bland food. Worse customer service. Go to chipotle or sweet green right night door. Edit: forgot to mention a worker checked out order 20 min into waiting and didn't say anything about something being wrong. Also the manager ? kept rearranging stuff on our empty table like our sauces and napkins."

"We usually go to the Oakbrook location but haven't had any great experiences there lately, so we decided to check out the Naperville location Instead. Glad we mad this choice, we were pleasantly surprised by how good the service was, everyone was soaccommodating and it didn't feel like you were going to a chain restaurant. It felt like you were in a MA and PA shop; the waythey paid attention to all the customers and went beyond what's expected of them. One of them even helped me placing the ordermanually at the register since it wasn't taking the gift cards I had on the browser. I can't quite explain it clearly, but Ithink they are under good management, and it shows. Even the manager was literally filling in to do everything, seating people,grilling, even sweeping at one point. Besides the great service, food was amazing. Decided to get the chicken wings instead ofthr Platter that we usually get. This is probably going to be the only Nando's location I'll be going to from now on."

"Honestly, the chicken I had was some of the juiciest and most delicious I've had in a long time. I opted for the medium sauce, and the flavor was exceptional. I paired it with a cucumber salad and some chips on the side. The chips weren't particularly impressive and were quite salty, but the cucumber salad was refreshing, crisp, and tasty. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

"I am vegan, sugar free, and gluten free so not many options out there for me. I was hoping the Lime would be a new option relatively close to where I live. Unfortunately there were only two options that were vegan and gluten free: veggies/hummus and black bean chili. I ordered both. The hummus was kinda bland but was homemade and large serving. The chilli seemed like it was just canned black beans heated up and also quite bland. I added salt (which look like ordinary table salt instead of a healthier option) and threw the hummus in the chili and it actually made a nice combo. The herbal iced tea was great. For limited eaters like me, it's not the best option especially not knowing if the food is organic."

"If you are a fan of grilled chicken, this restaurant is perfect for you! After discovering Nandos during a recent trip to the UK and falling in love with their food, we were disappointed to find out that there were only a few locations in the US and none nearby where we live. However, when planning a trip to Chicago, we made sure to visit Nandos for lunch. The butterfly chicken is incredibly delicious, with just a hint of skin left on one side that creates a flavorful and amazing taste when grilled. The variety of sauces available, including hot, medium, and Lemon Herb, all complement the chicken perfectly. You can even enjoy the chicken without any sauce because it is that good! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our visit, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We also appreciate the cozy atmosphere and decor at all Nandos locations we have visited."

"I had an amazing chicken dish that came with spiced rice, arugula, red peppers, hummus, and grilled corn. The flavors of all the ingredients complemented each other perfectly. I ordered it at a HOT spice level, and it was just right! The ordering process was really cool—you just sit down, scan the QR code on your smartphone, place your order, and specify the table number where you’re sitting. Then you pick up your food and enjoy! This location in Oak Brook is conveniently situated next to the escalator from the fast railway parking lot. It was a refreshing change from the usual burger and fries routine!"
