"My family and I have always been great customers of primos. Until today, when my Dad was next door at advance auto fixing my car. He decided to walk over to primos unsure if he was going to get something. He decided to use the bathroom and afterwards looked at the menu. My Dad realized my car was done, so he left. That’s when a female employee chased him outside yelling rudely at him to not come back in the store if he wasn’t going to buy anything. We come in primos regularly, so this was a shock to us that she would even say anything. Needless to say, primos just lost a whole family of customers!"

"I just came here a few times since you guys open I really enjoyed it I like it atmosphere is nice people are nice your food is excellent. But today I was a little disappointed and I walked in and the tension was so high you could cut a knife through it it was so bad sorry that there was a girl standing at the cooler in the front when you have all the Salton desert and I thought she was a Customers going to buy and I just said excuse me I need to look at me she was one of the employees and I couldn’t tell Z. she works there because she had her sweatshirt on with her head off and I was like OK and I said I’m sorry I didn’t realize you were here she said nothing to me and than Allison stuff and she still had her sweatshirt on with her hood up she was doing salad into containers and she sneezed into her sweatshirt she didn’t take the gloves off and go wash your hands or take the sweatshirt off in the food industry you should be doing that it was very discussing in unsanitized. Everyone else was they had their hats on they had the Kino a hairnet on they were very professional and they’re very busy because they got a lot of orders and I get that but the girl with the hoodie Allen not a good example very nasty very rude and I didn’t appreciate it."

"Honestly, the girls at the register were really sweet and respectful, which I appreciated. However, the food didn't meet my expectations. I ordered Italian bread but received sesame instead, and it wasn't cut in half. They fixed it immediately without any issue, and I'm not overly picky about that kind of thing. What really bothered me, though, was the brown lettuce and the lack of flavor in the sandwich itself. It wasn't terrible, but I just wasn't impressed. At least the staff at the counter were friendly."

"we've been here for years. recently (last 4 orders) is a part of our order completely wrong or missing. I had to come back twice after I commanded someone else and got a missing sandwich. Today we asked for additional mayo on an Italian and got no mayo at all. but a tonne oil that my man does not like. my wrap had so much oil on it when we came home, it was so tender that I could only eat the filling. I had enough, not back."

I am leaving this review because it has been a LONG time since I’ve had such great customer service! I came into Primos last week, tired, hungry, and like most of us just trying to get through my work week.I was waited on by a charming, professional, beautiful soul who just made my absolute day! She waited on me AND accommodated my picky preferences with a smile. The absolute BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time. She not only made my experience at primos a positive one she made my whole day. Energetic, so much personality, and absolutely hilarious. Just so relatable!Service was amazing and food was delicious.I will definitely be back!And just wanted to take this opportunity to give a HUGE shout out to that beautiful soul of an employee, Nicole!She’s awesome! "Next time you order a half pound of pepper shooters or a half pound of mozzarella balls from GrubHub make sure you actually get the half pound or adjust the pay for what you were actually buying....Menu for 1/2lb shooters is $7.87, I ended up getting. 23 pounds because the containers don 't hold a 1/2lb, mine weighed .28lb for $3.67 and they charged me for the full price. Mozzarella balls were $6.89 for a half pound, I actually got a half pound of those but paid $3. Something is fishy, oh... And don 't write home about the cheesesteaks costing $15, you can get twice that amount and a better quality meat from Wawa right across the street Updated 6/14/22 8:20pm. Ball stickers calls out the plu Macaroni Salad This store should be considered a goldmine given it 's location to Taylor 's Ln. Warehouse haven, distribution center galore, and a Gigantic new building about to be completed gives significant lunch business to be had in this area; training may benefit one in this staff. In general, it 's no one 's fault except for the buyer...had I checked my weight before I left and saw a difference I don 't think the register man wouldn 't allow it to favor may end anyway. If positive means it actually happening or not this past Friday I won 't argue...or if positive means that I could not give any stars then that 's not true, I had to click on a star for a post to be submitted. Primos should never get negative stars"

"YUM!! We placed a "to-go" order with a very friendly employee at Primo, and it was ready in just 10 minutes. We ordered the Mild Italian sub, and it was absolutely delicious. The fresh sesame-seeded roll was filled with a generous portion of mixed Italian meats and provolone cheese, plus a lot of veggies on top. The Primo size was enough to feed both of us for only $14. I highly recommend giving this tasty sub a try. Two thumbs up!"

"What a letdown! It feels like they’re in competition with Liscio's, as the roll they served me was pale, undercooked, and wasn't even close to a good hoagie roll. For $14, I received a small portion of buffalo cutlet that seemed to lack any real effort. In total, I spent $57 on three sandwiches and a bag of chips. Save your money and go to Lee's instead. This place seems to prioritize profit over quality."

"While the food was in my opinion very good, it was much too expensive and they messed up 2 orders for me. While the staff were very friendly they seem poorly trained. I walk up to counter after just standing with 8 other people for 10mins and find outeveryone else ordered already and they were waiting for next customer. Not one worker said a thing. I tell the lady I have anorder for door dash and she goes to get it. The young man directly next to her then attempts to take my order, leading to a veryawkward situation. After all that was over, my order was wrong. I got a 13$ cheesesteak and instead got a very small chickenParm sub. The workers were nice tho and even let me keep the chicken Parm sub, along with my cheesteak which was actuallyalready made. While not thrilled with the experience, I will go back in a few weeks and try it again."

"I ordered a deluxe hoagie tray for my daughter's first holy communion. I requested 2 roast beef hoagies, an Italian hoagie, and a turkey hoagie for the tray, emphasizing that I did not want any ham. When I picked up the tray this morning, I was disappointed to find that they had replaced the roast beef with ham, despite my specific instructions. The kids at the party only liked roast beef, so they ended up not having anything to eat. I called Primos to express my frustration, but they simply apologized and did not offer any compensation. I will not be purchasing from them again and will be sharing my experience with others to warn them to choose another restaurant."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing! Even the seeds on the bread, which I thought I would dislike, turned out to be delicious. This is definitely my new favorite spot, as long as their food remains consistent. They slice the tomatoes and onions perfectly thin and fresh, and the thinly sliced meat was fantastic as well. "I experienced fast service, even though I didn't place my order in advance. Funny story: I've been trying to get to PrimoHoagies for a while now, but every time I used Waze to navigate to two different locations, I ended up at a Wawa instead. I decided to explore the area and stumbled upon this place. Both times I tried to find PrimoHoagies, I ended up eating a sub at Wawa instead. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but something feels off. Fortunately, not about PrimoHoagies—the food was great! I had a pizza cheesesteak, which was delicious. I did end up getting sauce all over myself, but hey, that’s on me. As I write this, I'm considering going back for lunch, maybe a more traditional cheesesteak this time. Someone really needs to fix the mapping software; otherwise, all of PrimoHoagies' business might end up with Wawa!"
