"I've been getting my tea from this place for four years since it's conveniently located right across the street from me. Unfortunately, it seems like they only get my order right when the female staff members are on duty, which is about half the time. I always try to be polite and tip generously, even when they get my order wrong. They often can't distinguish between cream and milk. This time, I had to ask them to remake my drink three times. Usually, I'd just drive away and put up with it, but I was particularly frustrated today. When I brought the drink back, the manager insisted I was mistaken and that I had requested milk. It's ridiculous. From now on, I’ll be going to Long Branch instead. It’s just not worth the trouble of dealing with the rude attitude, the mix-ups, and the lack of an apology."
