"I must say, this experience was quite disappointing. I've visited Goldberg's several times before, and while the service was never exceptional, today's experience was unacceptable. I took my mom, who was in town for a quick meal, and we stood at the counter for a good five minutes without anyone taking our order, despite there being no line. Employees made eye contact with us several times, yet not one person acknowledged our presence or offered to help. There were at least six staff members behind the counter, between the grill and the register, and it felt as if they simply didn't want our business. As I left, I sarcastically thanked them for the service, since we had received none, and decided to go elsewhere for lunch. After reading some reviews, I'm relieved we made that choice."
