"I've been going to Gold's Pizza for over three years, as I work nearby and love their meat lover calzone. However, I ordered one tonight and after eating about half of it, I felt sick because it was so greasy. I called to let them know, and the staff offered me a $2 discount on my next order. Given that the calzone costs $13 on its own, that seems pretty inadequate as a resolution. What can I really do with just $2?"

"Nice place to eat. Servers were very nice but didn't appreciate being sat next to a table that brought their dogs into the restaurant. They fed them when servers were out of sight. I support anyone who needs a service/companion animal. That's what they are trained for and they are to aid the person not be treated like babies in a stroller. If your pets can't be left for a few hours while you go out to eat maybe you should consider take out. There are health codes that need to be followed to ensure health and safety of everyone. What if someone at my table had allergies to dogs? We were not told they were seated near us. I've worked in food service and am aware of guidelines that need to be followed by owners and patrons. Have some consideration for others when you decide to take your pet out. I am a pet owner and don't expect others to feel the same way about my pet as I do. I love him and spend time with him in our own environment."

"We come here a lot, have for years until today. Got TWO hairs in my food, the second one I took a photo of. Called asked they credit us and she has the audacity to say it couldn't have come from there. Mind you there is buffalo chicken OVER the hair smfh. Anyways so she says she will and offers to send a new one. I said no thank you after that I wasn't hungry. Again she insisted though it didn't come from them. We hang up, I throw out the salad. About five minutes later she calls back saying to bring down the salad to the driver I can't keep it they want to see it. I explain I threw it out she tells me GO GET IT OUT OF THE TRASH. I said are you out of your mind? Don't call me back."

"I visited the restaurant on Sunday night to pick up some food, and I noticed a cook in the back eating, licking his fingers, handling pizza from the oven, and cutting it all without wearing gloves or washing his hands. When I raised my concern to someone there, they dismissed it by saying he was using a knife. To me, that’s a clear case of cross-contamination, and I will never go back there again."

"During the world's largest Base Saxophone get together at Ferko's Stringband Club House; Renzi's supplied the food and did a phenomenal job. Their Roast beef and Swiss cheese subs were delicious as well as their Italian, and Ham and Cheese subs werefull of meat, fresh rolls, had that Philadelphia taste. Hot and sweet peppers more than enough. Very very clean and fresh a realpleasure to work with and easy to deal with. Philip and Michelle are two of the best people you could ever get a chance to workfrom Renzi's. Food was on time and nice and cold as well. "This is a local gem (BYOB) and has many loyal diners on a regular basis. Reservations are highly recommended. The restaurant is small with a few private booths near the entrance then 2 dining rooms also used for private parties in the back. "I was looking for a new pizza place online when I came upon Edgewood's pizza site. I used their online ordering system, but it didn't work when I tried to check out. I hit the help button and got a (get this) real IT person that diagnosed my problem, and the order went through. This little pizza shop had a live IT person monitoring their website. The order arrived just at the time that was predicted, with the driver calling my cell just as he pulled in. The order was for a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, an order of clam strips, and garlic bread. The clams were still crispy, the presentation of the garlic bread was fantastic, and the pizza was great. The crust had that popcorn-like taste, the sign of a great crust. This is now my new pizza place. Great job, guys."

"The food was incredibly disappointing! The chicken had a rubbery texture, which was unappetizing. I ordered tea but received Turkey Hill iced tea instead. I felt ripped off, as they charged me $18 for what tasted like food from a dumpster! To make matters worse, the waiter took the liberty of tipping himself. "I visited Nino’s on Saturday, June 25, and I ordered a large sausage pizza. When I arrived, I also grabbed two drinks from the fridge. I made my payment with a credit card at the restaurant. However, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for chicken fingers, a large sausage pizza, and two special slices. The issue is that I did not order or receive chicken fingers or the two special slices; I only got the large sausage pizza, bringing my total to nearly $43. I can understand a mix-up with an order, but I didn't receive those extra items at all. Nino’s wasn't busy when I picked up my pizza, so I’m puzzled as to how the employee missed the fact that I was billed for items I didn't receive. If you decide to dine at Nino’s, be sure to double-check your receipts!"
