"I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza, a small bottle of Coke, and a spinach calzone. Unfortunately, they forgot to put ricotta cheese in the calzone, which has happened before. Without ricotta, it becomes more like a stromboli. I'm not sure if the employees are properly trained. The first time this happened, the mozzarella cheese was fake and unpleasant to eat, like chewing bubble gum. When I called to inform them, they gave me credit for another spinach calzone on my next visit. I have been a customer for about 13 years, and my daughter used to go there for about 6 years when she lived in the area. Interestingly, the owner's wife attended the same high school as me in Brooklyn, New York. I'm not sure if they are still involved in the business. The food used to be really good until recently. I have never had to complain before and hope I never have to again. Despite these issues, I still recommend this place for authentic New York style pizza."
