"I used to be a regular customer at this restaurant until today. I would order the same grilled chicken wrap every day. Generally, it was fine, though there were minor inconsistencies now and then. However, today when I went in for my usual order, I received chicken that was partially cooked. I can definitely tell when chicken is undercooked! When I brought this to the staff's attention and asked them to re-cook it, the guy just scoffed and insisted it was cooked properly, even arguing with me about it."
