"Today was a hectic day! My group of 30 had lunch scheduled for tomorrow but they to the front desk at 11:15 asking where is the lunch for today. I instantly thought I messed up but quickly realized that it was mix-up on their part. I went into fix it mode. My Chef was off today and my kitchen did not open until 4pm. I called Jason's Deli and the gentleman took my order being extra helpful. He quickly took my order and the payment. I was amazed my order was here and it arrived at 12:10pm. The client was ecstatic about me choosing Jason's Deli. I was impressed about the whole experience. Thanks so much to the staff there for making a stressful situation into a successful experience."

"The manager on duty thought it was acceptable that I was on hold with an employee who was laughing at this one in my ear as it was worded. To make matters worse he defended the employee stating she dropped the phone and that's what she was laughing about. However the employee still didn't even do anything to help me with my curbside order. I frequently come to this establishment and this is the first time I've has subpar service. There is no excuse for the manager to be accepting of an employee laughing with a customer on the phone."

"Pros: High-quality food, delicious desserts, friendly service, and a clean environment. Cons: As of my update on April 25, 2022, while the salad bar remains impressive, it seems there’s less attention being paid to keeping older vegetables separated from the fresh ones, so you may need to sort through them yourself. In conclusion, all the flavors I’ve tried so far blend together beautifully. This place is definitely a step above fast-food chains like Subway, McAlister's, Good Sense, Jersey Mike's, and Jimmy John's. You get the idea! This has quickly become my preferred spot for sandwiches, salads, and other healthy quality options!"

"Wow, we have been on a Jason’s Deli tear! This was another positive visit at what is becoming far and away our favorite deli in the area!<br/ <br/ Om: Seems like I have written so much about this place, all positive…and this is going to read about the same! Good service? Check! The guy who took our order was VERY friendly and helpful, we’ve noticed this to be a trend at every location that we have visited. However they are training their employees is definitely working. Good good? Check! I’ve had the Club Royale every time, and it’s been consistently a delicious sandwich. Love that buttery croissant! Chicken noodle soup was tasty. I saw my beautiful Nom’s KIDS baked potato and I ordered one too, my first time ordering this item. First, the KIDS baked potato was HUGE!!!! Totally worth it. Second, this thing was delicious! Loaded with bacon, cheese, and a pad of butter, I loved it! I’ve never seen a baked potato where the skin was crispy! I WANT MORE OF THIS! Every location has been excellent, and the McKinney one is no exception. We need to search out more! <br/ <br/ Nom: Have you ever been someplace hoping they still have something on the menu from long long ago just to have to order something and it’s a blessing that comes from a moment of disappointment? Yep…that happened to me at JD’s when I tried to order the long extinct deli cowboy! Does anyone else remember that delicious saucy, cheesy sandwich? I do…but now they can make a “thing” and yes I’ll keep calling it the “thing sandwich” which has shredded (ick) meat in BBQ sauce. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Yeah, not to me either. “Meat” soaked in BBQ sauce…hummmmm…sounds like a middle school cafeteria thing. PASS!!!! So what to eat? What to eat when your dining dreams are dashed? I know!!! A kids baked potato!!! Oh, but can you add extra butter and cheese? Yes please!! This potato could feed two people. TWO!! I know the plain jane is the size of a small charter plane but this thing is ridiculous too! Anyone say leftovers? But so so so tasty…crispy skin! With a delicate and fluffy inside, tons of butter, cheese and bacon. That’s right I said it…BACON!!! Holy cow, just thinking about it makes me hungry…I think my handsome love really enjoyed his too!!! Winner winner!!!"

"This restaurant is the perfect spot for a delicious sandwich. They generously pile on the meat in their sandwiches. "I absolutely love Jason's Deli in Mansfield Texas! I am never disappointed. I like to butter and pan grill my hot or cold sandwiches extra, which make them even better. The spicy giardiniera is spectacular on any sandwich. The build your own salad bar is one of my faves, along with the pastrami sandwich on rye with lettuce, tomatoes, giardiniera, mayo and onion. I love that you can make it your own. Just try your favorite sandwich (with your choice of bread) dressed up your way...yum! I could go on but you just have to try it!"

"Went to Jason?s because in the past the food has been quick and delicious. Today, neither of those things were true. The restaurant was not over crowded and they did not appear to be short staffed. Still my party and I waited for over an hour forfood. When it finally appeared, it was way out of the order in which we placed it. It was all cold and unappetizing. Ourkids were running amuck after waiting for so long on food. Only one of the sandwiches we ordered actually required cooking. Everything else was deli meat and assembling bowls. There was no reason for it to take so long. We had to ask for several menuitems that had been forgotten. The best thing I can say is that the ice cream machine was working. The staff was unapologeticabout the time it took to receive our food. A little acknowledgment of a mistake goes a long way. I?m sympathetic to arestaurant environment and know it?s not an easy job, but the callous attitude of the workers was as hard to swallow as the foodwe waited so long for."

"The restaurant offers quick service and ample parking, along with unlimited soft serve ice cream. However, the food was mediocre. I arrived on a busy Saturday around noon, but the place was not too crowded. The service was fast but seemed distant and disconnected. The staff appeared somewhat uninterested in the customers. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. I ordered the Turkey sandwich, which was average at best. Parking was easy to find, and there was a great play structure nearby. The coin-operated kiddie rides were a bit of a letdown as the firetruck did not work. Overall, I would deduct one star for the lack of enthusiasm from the staff and another star for the unimpressive sandwich."

"Jason's Deli consistently offers fresh and healthy menu options, not just the typical burger fare. My go-to dish is The Carmela, which I love for its gooey cheese and delicious flavor. I have noticed that when I place an online order, the cheese isn't as melty as when I order in store. However, I always prefer the in-store experience because the sandwich is warm, freshly made, and extra melty, just the way I like it. While there may be some inconsistencies in the amount of meat or jalapeno sauce in The Carmela from time to time, these minor issues don't stop me from giving Jason's Deli a 5-star rating. The overall quality of The Carmela is always top-notch and absolutely delicious."

"Love the Muffaletta 's. The meat is cut thin piled high with a true muffaletta loaf that can withstand the oils of the olive salad without disappearing in a soggy mess. Closer to the real thing you get from those special places in New Orleans like Central Grocery without having to travel to the Crescent City. Nice quiet, intimate spot that is a favorite for old folks, little ones and teens. One of those go to places that provides food pretty quick but not fast food . Salad bar is always well stocked with ample salad and other fixings and the kids always end their meal with an ice cream cone from the self-serve soft-serve machine. Takeout is well packaged and ready to travel back home without the fear of getting home with a tossled meal. The whole muffaletta, enough for two generous servings or four eating lite for instance comes packed in two containers which are full in the box, holding the sandwich firmly but gently. You get a couple of bags of chips and they even provide couple of their pickle spears which are packed for take out. I would think THIS food plus a bucket of ice cream a cake would work well in catering a party for a bunch of teenagers."

"Incredible staff from managers Jose and Ashley to driver Bella. Placed a catering order for a rather sad occasion of a funeral. I am in Arizona but from El Paso. Over the phone, they took my order, delivered to a relatives home locally and text me when they delivered. All in under one hour. They responded quickly and what was most incredible was how thoughtful they were given the situation. The driver Bella not only confirmed delivery but send condolences to me. Touch notch staff who is very caring."

"Today for lunch, we had by far the worst experience we have ever had at Jason's after going dozens and dozens of times at numerous locations including this one. By far, the biggest issue was how skimpy the turkey sandwich was. It was ridiculous for a nearly $10 sandwich. In the past, we have been unable to finish more than half of the sandwiches and had to ask for take out boxes. I showed the sandwich to the person who took my order and he seemed unmoved. I showed him the menu which showed a sandwich at least an inch thick compared to our pathetic sandwiches. He responded by getting a pre measured packet of meat and telling me they always use that. I don't know what that was supposed to mean, except that our skimpy sandwiches were normal. If so, no thanks. It was almost like they took the amount of turkey for a half sandwich and tried to stretch it to a whole sandwich. When I pointed out to him what the sandwich looks like on the menu, he tried to tell me that was a special sandwich, not mine. Other relatively minor points included not coming over to the register when I walked in to order until I waved my hand, not getting a thank you when I ordered even though I left a tip, dry, tasteless bread, and not including the mustard on one of the sandwiches. But all minor points compared to the sandwich itself.When I left, I even told the person I was dealing with that I was so disappointed that I would write a negative review. You might think that he would have made up at least a half sandwich for us to take home to make up for it, but no response from him at all. This was really the first bad experience we have ever had at a Jason's, but even so, at nearly $10 a sandwich, it's too expensive to give them another try. And certainly never at this location."

"The quality of this restaurant has clearly declined. We've been visiting this location for some time, and it seems like both management and staff have changed, and unfortunately, not for the better. "I have lived and worked in Concord off and on for a year now, and I never once tried Jason's Deli. I decided today since the drivethru was not busy that I would try them. I orderred the Ranchero wrap. It came out to a little under $11 to be expected asit looked like a pretty hefty wrap according to the picture. What I received was a little disappointing to me. Now I know thingswill never look as good as the picture, but my wrap was very small and was folded in half held together by a toothpick. For theprice I paid I think I would rather go to Tacos 4 Life or Viva Chicken instead. What i did eat did taste good I will say."

"A fairly typical Jason's Deli, with some cleanliness issues. It's never a good sign when you see multiple people leaning on the counter, phone in their hand. The young lady checking us out was pleasant, and the food came out in a reasonable time. Quality is what you expect, a half step over fast food. The salad bar is decent, however some items like the cornbread were extremely stale. The store needs a hard cleaning pass, especially the cold drinks area. All in all, not terrible, not fantastic. District and local leadership needs to look at how labor is used and set expectations for cleaning."

"This is the way to go. We LOVE Jason's. Moved here from TX, where Jason's is on every corner and lines are out the door. Hasn't caught on here quite the same, YET! Organic, gluten-free, healthy....come on! Love the salad bar. Fresh and always clean and stocked. Best part of salad bar is the ginger muffins....incredible. "Absolutely no complaints here!. I 've yet to have a bad experience at Jason 's. Not sure where the reviews are coming from citing 'bland and/or mediocre ' food but that 's just not the case. They make great sandwiches that are large, but at a very affordable price. The salad bar is quite respectable, and the service is prompt and friendly. I can be very 'anit chain restaurant ' at times, but Jason 's maintains a good product and environment. As for the small local deli shops, I can 't attest how they stack up. I highly recommend Jason 's they rock in my book!"
