"Went here for Valentines Day and it was a horrible experience. After getting seated took over 30 minutes before we got our drinks. Then another 90 minutes before our food, (which was their normal menu items) was delivered. After getting our food, we noticed that one of our orders was wrong, one of the items was burnt very badly, and another part of our order was missing. It took another 30 minutes after before our order was corrected. When trying to get to wait staffs attention they seemed like they were either intentionally ignoring or hiding from the customers because we were not the only table having issues. So we had to constantly walk up to the counter to explain to someone that we were waiting to have our order taken and that our order was wrong. We counted at least 5 groups that walked out either after being seated or while waiting to be seated. Had this not been a holiday we would have left, but trying to get a table at another restaurant would have been impossible. We were later told that our server who was the assistant manager had forgotten to place our order. I honestly thought about going through the drive thru while my wife stayed inside and getting our food that way, or ordering a pizza and having it delivered to our location. I would not go back here for Valentines ever again, which is a shame because my wife have been doing this as a fun alternative valentines for the past 7 years. It would be a long time before I would go to this location again based on this last experience."

"If I could give no stars I would.. came up here on a trip, never had white castle, but my god I don't think I ever will again. Service; slow, food; cold, soggy, made without any meat (on 6 sandwiches), and also caused nausea due to what I assume is undercooked product. This white castle is a place I would say avoid at all costs even if it's right next to you. The bread on the sandwich was like it got dunked in a bucket of water and put in a microwave for 10 seconds.. and if that's what you consider toasted I'd shut my store down my god.. never go to this place, guaranteed disappointment. And whoever the owner that replies is, don't reply to this with the same old message that you've had saved for years, you need to seriously take a look at that place and rethink your business approach. You'll catch a lawsuit guaranteed."

"I recently visited a White Castle after a few years and was excited to try their Jalapeno slider. I called ahead to confirm they still had it, and was pleased to hear they did. The drive-thru service was fast and the staff were friendly. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the sandwiches were not as good as they used to be. I couldn't see any jalapenos on them, and the meat patties lacked flavor. Additionally, I didn't receive marinara sauce for my mozzarella cheese sticks, which made them dry. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and they were apologetic and offered to replace the items. Despite these disappointments, I did enjoy the strawberry shake and onion chips."

"Mmmm, White Castle!!! The only downside to this location is that the service can be quite slow. I get that staffing issues are common these days, but it's still a bit frustrating. Another thing I've noticed is that this seems to be the only location that doesn't cook their onions properly. They're always raw and barely cooked. They definitely need to be cooked longer. That said, you can't go wrong with those belly bombers!"

"The White Castle in Eureka advertised that it was open 24 hours, as stated on a plastic sign at the drive-thru. We made the trip back, several miles out of our way, only to discover that they had actually closed at midnight. "Do not order late night or else you're gonna get hit with the “old oil” food. When the same oil is used over and over, the fried foods and sliders start to taste really bitter. Sounds gross I know. I'd suggest to avoid ordering fried foods at late night. Always ask when's the last time they put fresh oil prior to ordering. Trust, you'll thank me later. And I ordered at like 230am so also keep that in mind."

"Excellent service. We arrived late in the evening to get the ride through and really wanted to get a sad case as we were driving for 8 hours. The staff that picks up the order let us know that there were only two people who produce food that seems to be found everywhere in these days. We weren't in a hurry, so no problem. I asked if it is important to them to make a grief, and they committed themselves and were completely pleasant during our waiting. Bonus: Even with only two there they were pretty fast. The burgers were great, fresh and hot!"

"I visited the restaurant at 2 AM, and there was only one person working. Despite having four customers in front of me, my food was fresh and prepared quickly. "We were going to hit up taco bell after a great night of karaoke, but there were a bunch of cops out front with lights on and the store lights were off. It looked like the staff were all out front. Beside the point. We ended up going to the only other place we could find open at 2 in the morning.This white castle had our case of burgers quicker than expected. I haven't had WC in years, because the first time I tried them, I thought they were disgusting. I must ha e been at a bad location I. The past, because these were really good. This location, at least, had tasty burgers, and quick service. The fries were bland and soggy but it was 2 in the morning so you take what you can get really. The burgers hit the spot."
