"For a fast food chain, taco time is pretty good. This store appears to be clean, the bathrooms, the few times I have used them look to be tidy. The parking lot seems to be clean and not full of litter as well. I feel it is decent moderately priced food. I have only ever eaten at Taco Time around lunch hour, so I am unable to give any opinion about service or food quality during rush hour or dinner hour. I would say the Taco Time employees are friendly and personable. As far as menu, I usually have a few choices that I stay with, Soft mini taco, add onions and MINUS the ranch dressing I don 't get having the ranch dressing on a soft taco or any taco. If I want a burrito, I usually do a child 's meal so I can get a mini soft been or beef burrito that is light on cheese and add some onion and then toss out any other food (other than the drink) that may come with it. I have tried their white chicken chili, and for a mild fast-food chili it 's pretty decent in taste. My all-time favorite that I rarely eat is crisp bean of beef burrito, what 's not to love about deep fry and that 's precisely why I shy away, but it is so good. I have had the sides of rice and the sides of beans, which are yummy. I 've also had their Taco salad a few times, light on cheese add onion; I would rate it as being OK, I feel like the mixture is lacking something every time though. And I have even had their fit-bowls, it 's probably one of the healthiest items at Taco Time, which is why I tend to go back to them; I would have preferred having lettuce with my fit bowl, again I feel as though the fit-bowls are lacking something, probably the lettuce IMO. Overall I will periodically return to Taco Time."

"I waited over 45 minutes while others were served. After observing several customers receive their orders, I asked the staff about mine. It turns out they served someone who had just walked in. When I inquired again, the staff member told me my order would be ready in five minutes. However, I overheard the cook, who seemed to be the only one working, making snide comments about how long my order was taking. He responded to my query with a rude and condescending tone, indicating that he only had two hands to work with and that my concerns were unwarranted. It became evident that they were selectively polite to certain customers while neglecting others. I was left waiting for over an hour, while those who came in after me were served promptly. I questioned the staff about the delay yet again, and the cook's rude demeanor only heightened my frustration. I couldn't believe how disrespectfully he spoke to me; it’s unacceptable for a customer to be treated like that. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. If you’re considering dining here, I would strongly advise against it. There are much better options available, like Tony’s Tacos. After this experience, I couldn’t even trust that the food would be made properly. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cook had ill intentions after how he treated me. I requested a refund, but I am unsure if they will process it—I'll find out tomorrow. Please choose your dining locations carefully; no one deserves to be treated poorly, especially for simply asking about their food. I left feeling disheartened by how some customers are treated today, which is precisely why I prefer to cook at home. I’ve never encountered such rudeness in any dining establishment before, and until I experienced it firsthand, I never imagined it could happen."

"Among taco and Mexican chain restaurants, Taco Time stands out as one of the best. One of its distinguishing features is the salsa and sauce bar, which I highly recommend utilizing when dining in. There's a wide variety of salsas and hot sauces available that you won't typically find at other fast-food spots in the area. While many places might offer self-serve ketchup, condiments are generally scarce in the fast-food world due to cost concerns. The more condiments a restaurant offers, the higher their operational costs. Be sure to try the green sauce—it's fresh, flavorful, and not overly spicy. Taco Time is also famous for its delicious bean, meat, and chicken burritos, which are crisp and savory. Admittedly, they might not be the healthiest option, but they're incredibly tasty, especially when dipped in that green salsa. Picture a tortilla filled with beans, meat, or chicken, rolled into a cylindrical shape, and deep-fried. While it's not the healthiest choice, it's definitely delicious and convenient. That said, there's a typical caveat: Taco Time is generally more expensive than many of its competitors. You won't find 89-cent burritos or dollar menu items here. While you don't have to break the bank to enjoy a meal, you can expect to spend a few extra dollars compared to other major fast-food taco chains. However, the unique menu items and the fresh salsa bar make the extra cost worthwhile. So, if you’re opting for fast-food Mexican, make sure to do it right and head to Taco Time."
