"this was a beautiful place for casual eating; not raised, but beautiful. we, my daughter and I, stopped because she was friends several times. I couldn't find out what to order. the menu included at least five meal times that caused my mouth to water. thanks to my daughter recommendation, I settled on the french connection. I chose the two-egg return and my daughter tried the two crepe version. the meal was tasty. although I must admit, my daughter's meal had more complex and delightful aromen, sweet juicy with sharp. our server, jeanette, was only three weeks in, but she has treated herself like a well-worn profi! she gave recommendations based on my comments. the atmosphere was playful, relaxed and casual. This facility also offers to eat late at night. these garlic marbles were well paired to the meal!"

"TL;DR Slow service and dirty glassware brought to the table.I went to BuzzBrews with a group of friends for brunch on a Tuesday. There were a few tables when we entered but everyone seemed to be finishing up or finished. We were told a few times that they needed another minutes before coming to our table to take our order, and in the end we probably waited 15 minutes before getting our order taken. Throughout the entire experience we had very slow service, including not refilling water.The Mrs. Buzz should be passed, it was bland and lacked seasoning and flavor. The French Connection Crepe was okay but overall it just wasn’t for me, but it was not bad or horrible.The cleanliness and attention to detail of the place was a huge bother for us. We were seated at a window that had a decaying potted plant that was giving off an unpleasant smell. It was a bother for myself and another friend who was sitting the closest to the plant, obviously no one wants to smell rot while eating. Another friend received a cup of coffee that still had lip stick along the rim of the cup and food caked onto the side of it. When we brought it to the attention of a waitress we were told they couldn’t remake that drink anymore so they picked a different drink to make. There was no further acknowledgment or apology about the dirty glassware or their inability to serve her the same drink she originally wanted. When my friend brought up getting charged for a drink she didn’t receive, the only solution was to take the cheapest item (25¢ off the bill."

"I don't understand why the server asked me how I wanted my burger cooked, as each of us at the table received a poorly cooked hockey puck that tasted worse than something reheated from a convenience store. The bun was stale and the fries were cold. It took 45 minutes for our burgers to arrive, and they were overcooked and cold. The service was terrible, with the server apologizing but not doing anything to improve our experience. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. Even the bathrooms were messy and lacked paper towels. I had to apologize to my friends for choosing this place through Open Table before our concert at AAC, but we were limited on last-minute options. We would have been better off getting frozen burritos from 7-11 or concession stand burgers at AAC. Don't waste your money on this embarrassingly bad service and food."

"I just love Tropical Smoothie, they are so much more than just a smoothie shop. Their food is actually so good too, I am especially a fan of the flatbreads and quesadillas. Plus, it?s not just junk food, you?re actually helping your body out by eating here! I really like this location too because there is an adorable outdoor patio where you can hang out and relax. The workers have always been nice in my experience, sometimes they are a bit loud and obnoxious in the back, but it?s mostly a bunch of younger kids so that?s almost expected. Overall, Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to eat. There are truly no bad options here, in my opinion."

"First note that the Open Table reservations are not accepted as put in the app as the days the Spirit Room is open for dinner do not match. So we were disappointed when we showed up and told it was closed. To their credit, they offered us to eat in the saloon with the lunch menu and the front desk person Chris became our waiter. They did not have any iced tea, the baked Alaska which was on the menu was also not available as it has been discontinued. The food we did have the lunch sirloin wrapped in bacon and the Greek salad were okay but the Brie appetizer and cannolis for dessert were delicious. The nice manager gave us a very nice discount for our issues and I would be intrigued to come back on a weekend to try their dinner menu. Beautiful historic hotel though!!"

"If you're feeling adventurous and eager to try what the chef has to offer, this is the place for you. Brian provided an incredible array of options and carefully explained the differences when adding or removing ingredients from the original description. I arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day at work, but this place left me smiling and ready to head home for the night. The gentleman was very kind and specific with his recommendations, which reminded me of fond memories from my home in the East. I encourage everyone to give this place a try - it's not often you leave a restaurant with a smile on your face after chatting with a stranger. This was the best burger I've ever had."

"I ordered from this restaurant twice this month, trying the rocko and the chicken patty melt. Unfortunately, the sandwich was really difficult to eat because the chicken was incredibly dry. Additionally, the staff was quite rude. I placed my order shortly after they opened at 10 am and arrived by 10:40 am, only to find the restaurant closed. I waited outside for 10 minutes, knocking on the door and calling the restaurant, until a worker named Juan finally unlocked the door in a very rude manner. I mentioned to him that my previous sandwich, the rocko, was extremely dry. He just looked at me and didn't say anything, and when I asked who I should speak to, he simply said he would pass the message along. When I finally got to eat my patty melt, it was just as dry as before, and my coworker’s was just as bad. We both ended up only eating half. I won’t be ordering from here again."

"We've eaten at Tom Yum Koong in Medford twice now, and have been very pleased both times. The food is just-right Thai spicy, the vegetables are very fresh, and the staff is very willing to accommodate vegans. When we asked about ingredients in one of the meals, the waitress quickly checked with the chef to be sure. The soup we ordered was made with a veggie broth, all of the curry dishes have a tofu and vegetables option, and there are a number of other tofu dishes on the menu. In addition, it seems most items can be made vegetarian available upon request as the menu states. We requested no fish sauce and no egg when we ordered, just to be safe. Our waitress was very friendly and filled our water glasses several times during the meal. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. An added bonus is that if you go during lunch (before 3 pm), you can get just-slightly-smaller portions at a considerably lower price. The restaurant is bright and clean. The bathrooms were clean. Parking is on the street which wasn't a problem for us, but might be difficult during busy times in Medford."

"Horrible service! We came for the promotional free glass of wine (an $8.50 value) and the vegan menu, which we had to ask for. Guess we were profiled as not vegan. Then, we were given just one menu for two people, but this is not a big deal. Then, we asked the waitress what type of wine was covered by the free glass promotion. We were told it was the house wine. So we agreed, we 'll have the house red. When the bill came we we were charged $19 for 2 glasses! Opps the waitress said, you are entitled complimentary wine, but you ordered Cabernet, which is more. A) Complimentary means NO CHARGE. Did you think we wouldn 't check the bill? We are not stupid! B) Your menu does not specify what type of wine is complimentary or the prices and, particularly, C) we ordered HOUSE WINE!! REMEMBER!! But let 's get to the meal. We ordered two house salads with balsamic dressing, and two penne pasta dishes. After 40 minutes we asked again for the salad. The waitress replied, salad is not included with your dinner. But we ordered two house salads separately, with balsamic dressing. REMEMBER?? Then, the waitress was going to bring a spoon for the pasta, which never came. One of the pasta dishes came with linguine ,which I hate, not the penne I ordered. I 'm not even delve into the quality of the meal, which seemed thrown rapidly together with raw, uncooked chunks and was tasteless. In fact, every component of this dining experience was a laughable parody, if we weren 't paying for it. Actually, this dinner was an insult. What a shame!"

"Wow. I work in the area now and am SO glad I found this place. I will be a regular here. Got the Gra Pow and a shrimp Tom Yum soup and both were so flavorful and perfect. Heat and citrus and basil and garlic just smashing you in the face like it should with great Thai food. Bravo! Also the owner couldn 't be nicer...she made me feel at home. This place is legit. UPDATE: have also discovered the greatness of the Green Curry (I like it with salmon and spicy and the Pad See Ew, also spicy. And definitely don 't forget about the chicken fingers on the app menu...literally perfect. MORE NEW FAVORITES: crispy pork belly on fried rice (best fried rice ive ever had , Bangkok noodle soup w/ beef (beef is so tender and you get a lot of it , their crispy chicken is amazing and comes in a bunch of different dishes. It 's got a thick, irresistable crust."

"I went there for dinner around 9pm finish my dinner and had to use restroom they said restroom aren’t available the guy with long hair and eyeglasses wasn’t trying to any help he went inside to ask someone (I am not even sure he actually did) after a couple seconds he come back and told me restroom already has been cleaned and they can’t let me to use it!! They have 1 hour to close the restaurant, it doesn’t seems to be a good customer service, I hope my review help for future improvements. Food was good as always."

"We planned our Saturday pre theater dinner for The Common Man Millyard. Everything was terrific. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive and kept a table of seven well stocked with beverages and food. Every entree looked and tasted good. We were very pleased. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived, but got busier quickly as our meal progressed. But it is a nice spot for a meal and we were well taken care of. I wouldn't say we are regulars there, but it is one of our family's favorite go to spots for a meal."

"My girlfriend and I went on Valentine’s Day with a reservation for 6:30. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and we had them at the table by 7:15. We ordered our main courses both pasta dishes and they still hadn’t arrived by 8:45 !!! when we decided to leave. This was an hour after the table next to us decided to leave as well. Had I known our food wasn’t coming, we would have left at the same time, but I just assumed ours was close the entire time. Our waiter was nice and tried to be reassuring, but when he said “your meals are the next things out of the kitchen” and then 2 plates came out in the next 20 minutes after, neither of which were ours, I figured ours weren’t coming. I heard other people who sounded like regulars say that it isn’t normally like this, and I believe them. But this dinner seemed unorganized and/or understaffed for the night of the year that our dinner was on."

"I was thrilled with the service here—they made one of the best smoothies I've ever had! The ingredients included blueberries, ginger, peanut butter, chia seeds, oats, gums, plant-based protein, and coconut sugar. At first, I was unsure about the texture since it didn’t contain any nut milk, but I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy and delicious it was! After about 15 minutes of relaxing during my break, I was quite hungry, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe truly saved the day, even giving me the energy I needed to tackle my competition (see attached picture). I highly recommend this place! While the exterior may seem a bit unassuming, the interior is beautiful, and the team was fully engaged and efficient—there were at least 5-6 employees hard at work! It was just an amazing experience, and I really loved the atmosphere. The location is directly by a lovely bay. Courtney took my order and did an excellent job along with her teammates! If I could give a 50-star rating, I absolutely would!"
