"Nearly every time I order delivery on the slice app they mess up the order. For example, the last two times I ordered salads for my wife and I and two slices of pizza for my grandson. As expected, (because they have set a low bar for expectations from me), they only put in one slice of pizza each time . They didn't even try to make it right. They just offered a refund for the cost of pizza. I refused, so they claim to take 2 hours to fix the issue. Ludicrous. I will no longer patronize this place. It's not about a piece of pizza. In my opinion it is their annoying incompetence at accurately filling an order and from my viewpoint their refusal to fix the issue in a timely manner. Their competition, which there are many, will be our go to. Their competition has made mistakes too, but they are amazing and take care of their customers."
