"Everything about the meal was great until the check came and I noticed that it included a recovery charge. While our server explained payment of the charge is optional when we questioned the charge,,my friend and I who split the check were put off by the stealthy way it was added- neither of us had seen any mention of the fee on the menu or elsewhere in the restaurant. We paid it and did not punish the server but, excellent as the meal was, I doubt I’ll ever go back because of the way the restaurant hid the charge."

"Walk-ins only, so be prepared to wait on line . I only had one drink that was recommended by the server. It was definitely something I would have never order as my first option but I like being taken out of my comfort zone. To my surprise, even thothe spirit it had is one of my least favorites, the cocktail was ver well executed. Everything was very well balanced and madeit a very good cocktail I couldn’t stop drinking . I tried my friends drinks and they were good as well but they were alsosomething I’ve tried before at other bars, you know , very popular flavors and spirit combination, but mine, mine really stoodout . That’s how I know that I’ll be back to one place, when they have something no one else does . P.S. food and servicewere really good as well. I had a very nice experience overall. P.S. 2 they’re ranked #47 best bar in the world in the 50best bars 2022 list"

"This gem of a restaurant in downtown Sarasota delivers on all fronts. Gorgeous dining room with a classic well stocked bar (and another on the rooftop) delivers fantastic, creative cocktails and food. The bartenders and servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Our bartender actually created a cocktail for us based on our favorite spirits and liqueurs. The food was beautifully plated and more importantly, absolutely delicious. Everything has an international flair, and the menu is seasonal, so you get a different experience each time you come. One of the best restaurants in Sarasota a must visit destination for a special occasion!"
