"As an advanced home pizza cook that makes hundreds of pizzas and literally eats thousands of slices a year, I was quite impressed by this chain! My friends told me I don't like it because I'm a NYC pizza snob, but I really enjoyed it. The prices were also very surprising! Also a decent size, so we didn't feel like going back to the office. We have the hot little honey, the peasant market and a custom cake with basil, spinach, artichoke hearts, ricotta, mozzarella and tomatoes. All this for an extra dollar! And all the ingredients were super fresh. The crust was very thin, almost Roman style, but not quite a cracker/kissen. It suffocated beautifully from what you see on the prep table that is almost transparent. I see people complain about waiting, but it was literally 7-9 minutes from the pressure of receipt. We were also smart and came in 5 minutes before lunch."
