"Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. While the drinks were acceptable, our lone waitress—who was very kind—was overwhelmed, serving us one by one on her own. It took 15 minutes for the entire group to receive their drinks. We ordered pizza as an appetizer, which turned out to be one of the few highlights of our evening. The Greek salad was also decent, but these were the only items that might have earned this place more than a single star. Sadly, they weren't enough to salvage the meal. For dinner, our group ordered cacio e pepe, pasta all'amatriciana, and chicken karrage. The pasta appeared to have been poorly cooked; it was overcooked in some areas while undercooked in others. The term "al dente" took on a new meaning, as many pieces were barely cooked and stuck together. The cacio e pepe was worse than boxed mac and cheese, and the amatriciana was so bland that even salt and pepper couldn’t save it. The chicken karrage, described as a Japanese bento box-style dish, turned out to be just six sad chicken pieces on a plate, without any sauce. Additionally, it took around 45 minutes for our main courses to arrive. Overall, this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I was extremely disappointed, especially since ZeroZero had received excellent reviews. It felt like our dining party had been trapped in a terrible restaurant disguised as something else. I believe ZeroZero should be removed from OpenTable immediately! While our waitress was friendly, she couldn’t make up for the terrible food. Save yourself the trouble—don't go here!"

"I assume the food was good but I did not eat there. Had to answer to complete the survey. The food looked good on the 3 tables of patrons eating there on a Wednesday night at 7:15 pm in Doral FL. Weather was great for outdoor dining, low humidity after an afternoon rain and high 70s to low 80’s. My soulmate and U were excited to try a different Italian restaurant in Doral other than our favorite Divieto’s were willing to pass on the free outdoor music on this beautiful cool night. As we drove past Divieto’s the parking lot was full and the outdoor dining looked full to the maximum at 6:45 so we were relieved. But to our disappointment, after driving and paying for parking 15 minutes down the street, we arrived early to a empty restaurant. Our confirmed request for outdoor dining was completed ignored and we were told we could only sit in the indoor dining room or nothing. I looked at the “outdoor dining” portion of the restaurant to see what it looked like and make sure the useless idiot who greater us was indeed a knowledgeable host not a busboy there was no table even set up. That was very, very insulting after an e mail confirming a romantic table for two for outdoor dinning at a “famous” and the best Italian restaurant in Doral. Thus place will be out if business before the 2023 2024 ends. Even with the fictitious description of the restaurant. Glad we promptly left and went back to our usual Italian restaurant we were seated in 10 minutes on a extremely busy night outdoor dining with live music no bul sh t !!!"

"I walked in and was seated right away, which was a great start. It was a weeknight, and I arrived later in the evening. My server was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where things started to go downhill. I ordered my meal and asked if I could have some bread while I waited for my entree. The server informed me that they serve everything at once. I was taken aback and hoped that didn’t mean desserts would arrive alongside the entrees. The restaurant is small, so I understand the efficiency of serving all at once, but it left me sitting there feeling hungry and frustrated. It didn’t seem to be the server's fault; it sounded like policy, as I overheard her explaining the same thing to other tables who also inquired about bread. Honestly, in the time it took her to explain this, I would have happily gone to the counter myself to grab a basket of bread. When my entree finally arrived, it took about 10 minutes, which is a reasonable amount of time. I did receive the bread, but unfortunately, it was just mediocre and a bit stale. I was hoping for a great entree to redeem the experience, but it fell short. The dish was barely warm, and the pasta had a gummy texture. Overall, it was a disappointing meal. I must emphasize how nice my server was, which added a positive element to the experience. I’m willing to give this restaurant another chance in the future because I truly want family-owned establishments to thrive and hope this was just an off night."
