"I have been trying most pho restaurants nearby my place. And I think here is one of top 3 restaurants in my mind. I often order pho here, but today I tried different dishes. I was worried at first about the taste since I've never tried before. However, far as I was worried, food was awesome. The most attractive part of this restaurant is that they don't use MSG(written in the menu book). But sometimes there are so many pick-up and/or delivery orders so that we need to be patient and wait till they come. I think this depends on the day, time and workers. Overall, awesome place in Buffalo!"

"My husband and I visited TOPO restaurant for the first time after running errands, and we practically had the place to ourselves. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls, yellow fried rice, and mushroom fried rice, all of which came in generous portion sizes, so we both ended up with leftovers. I also had the mango popping bubble tea, which paired wonderfully with my meal. We highly recommend that you give TOPO restaurant a try. The vegetarian options were excellently prepared, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented."

"The egg rolls were particularly disappointing—the filling was mushy and tasteless, with only a faint astringent aftertaste, and they arrived soggy despite me living just a block away. The lettuce was shredded, leaving no chance to wrap the egg rolls with fresh garnishes. On a positive note, the W3 Stir-Fried Rice Noodles or Egg Noodle Hủ Tiếu Xào Hoặc Mì Xào were served piping hot, which is always appreciated, and came with a generous portion of pork and vegetables. Unfortunately, they were also bland. Overall, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again."

"We love coming here as a family to either dine in or take-out. We love their Pho, as well as, other meals on the menu. Great place to eat ! Dietary restrictions: My Daughter has severe allergies to dairy, nuts, eggs, and shellfish. We have been going here for years with her and have never had a reaction to the kids meatball Pho."

"This place may not appear particularly fancy or modern, but I assure you, it is absolutely wonderful. Every time my wife and I visit, we receive excellent service and enjoy delicious food. We typically see the same light-skinned waiter with short hair or a bald head, and he works tirelessly to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but he certainly excels at his job. The food is fresh and served promptly, and we always have a great time dining here. As long as it's open, this will always be our go-to spot."

"Absolutely delicious! We visited the Turtle Back Zoo. After we worked up an appetite, we looked for a Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Saigon Cafe was very rated so we decided to try it. Sitting is outdoors due to COVID with which we were perfectly fine. It was in the middle of the 40s, but they had very nice heating that kept us toasty during our meal. We ordered summer rolls. Very good, but nothing could conquer the pig over Vermicelli. WOW! The pig was so tasteful and the portion size was perfect. Maybe it was the best Vietnamese I still had! I usually don't write reviews, but I had such a delicious meal, I wanted to share it. Very recommended!"
