"Rising Bread Company is in the food court at the mall. I ordered a turkey mushroom sandwich. The turkey , mushrooms and cheese and bread were freshly grilled in fronto of me. Then I could choose my own veggies and sandwich toppings. I also got a fountain drink and a side house salad. And I could choose the veggies for my salad. My total was about 15 dollars, not bad. The sandwich came with potato chips and a pickle. I didn't like the styrofoam containers and Styrofoam so bad for environment so I do wish Rising Bread Co. could have better more eco friendly packaging than Styrofoam. My usual favorites there are the grilled cheese or a taco wrap but the turkey mushroom sandwich was good. You really can't go wrong with this place and they have soups too and offer soup in a bread bowl. Also fresh lemonade is available."
