"Ordered my pizza at 5:20 with an estimated 40-60 min wait time. At 6:45 i called and asked when it would be here and was told it hadn’t even left the store yet. Meaning by the time I get my order it would be over 2 hours. I’ve never had an issue with this cassanos but this really frustrates me. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch"

"The last couple of times that I've gone to Cassanos Pizza King, I've tried something new. One was a calzone and the other was the garlic cheese piega. I was not impressed with either. The calzone was LOADED with onions. Even looking back at this photo now makes my stomach turn. "

"Met yo with friends and had a few pitchers and shared a sausage and mushroom pizza. Pizza is thin crust cut into squares. They put some salt down before the pizza dough so you occasionally get a burst of salt. Was amazing! 10/10 will do this again. Must say the pizza is better than the traditional big chains (dominoes, pizza hut, papa Murphys)"

"We ordered a pizza and were told it would be ready in half an hour for pick-up, not delivery. Although we arrived a little late, it turned out they had sent our pizza to someone else. The guy at the counter was very apologetic and managed to make us a new deluxe pizza in just six minutes! They also gave us a complimentary order of pearlsticks. Overall, it turned out fine. The guy at the counter definitely deserves a raise!"

"This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, and the toppings were lackluster at best—definitely budget quality and very sparse. The crust was as thin as a tortilla (I might as well have gone for Mexican food instead). The pizza was cut into small squares, so I guess that's a small plus. However, the tables hadn’t been wiped down in a while, and there was only one other customer in the place. To top it off, the employees were actively arguing and using foul language in the back, and I could hear every word from where I sat. "
