"My husband and I ate here on a day trip from Philadelphia. We were visiting Joseph Priestley's house which is a half mile from the restaurant. This is a quaint little restaurant converted from a former train station/Pullman cars in a residential town. We had crab cake sandwiches. They had good lump crabmeat, very fresh rolls and creamy coleslaw. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We had Peaches Melba ice cream which was excellent. I would recommend it if you are making a daytrip to the Priestley house or dropping off students at Bloomsburg or Lewisburg. The only things I would change is that I would add fries to the sandwich (they weren't included but we should have ordered some on the side and I would turn down the outside music volume. (It seemed loud for a Saturday afternoon; would have been fine on a Saturday night. Parking: Parking was easy. "Ate here on a weekend evening and based on how full the restaurant was (maybe 25% full), we were a bit skeptical of how the food would taste. Located between N/S SR 15 it's right beside the diner. Great selection of several craft beers and decent wine list. Looked like a great place for a drink, but again I was wondering if this would be bar food or a true restaurant. Thus, I took the safe route and ordered a Diablo burger. My wife ordered the ribeye...J Tavern had several steak options on their menu. Everything cam out cooked perfectly and even though my wife's steak was 18 ounces, I couldn't muster a bite. She said it was wonderful so I am taking her word. Burger was moist and delicious. Defiantly ordering a steak on our next visit. Service was attentive and friendly. Would recommend for anyone."

"I had the mild wings and chili, without onions or sour cream, and they were excellent. The atmosphere is definitely that of a lively pub, with music playing loudly. Upon entering, you can choose any seat. This was my first visit, and I did find myself needing to catch the attention of the waitstaff, as there were only two servers on duty. Surprisingly, we had a great time despite that. The parking was convenient, just a three-minute walk away. While the neighborhood might seem a bit rough, the vibe inside the pub was really cool, and everyone was in high spirits!"

"This used to be one of my favorite places, however not anymore! I had a reservation for 7:00 for 2 people. Walked in and hostess advised we’d have to wait 40 min. I advised we had a reservation we shouldn’t have to wait. She sat us in a booth a few moments later two other tables were seated as well. Several waiters and waitresses walked by and never asked if we wanted a drink or took our order however the table seated after us had drinks their order was taken. So I asked a server walking by if we can get drinks and place our order. She said someone will be with you soon. We got up and went up to the hostess advised we had been sitting there for 20 min and no one came over to us when the table seated after us was fully served. I said cancel our table and we won’t be returning. Went to Gran Rodeo and the service was outstanding as well as the food!"

"The server was extremely kind and apologetic but I should have known that when she warned us it was busy as she was seating us, that there might be some issues. Food and drinks were all insanely late I think we waited a half an hour for just our first round oysters and sides were fine minus the mushrooms which were extremely burnt, luckily my waitress refunded me… the real kicker though was the steak. I was treating a friend who was also a guest at the convention that weekend, wanted to buy this nice big tomahawk steak for us to split. While it was “cooked” fine done ness wise it was also completely burnt around the edges. i’m talking this thing stunk and tasted exactly like burnt propane… I thought it was possibly the mushrooms and it wasn’t until I got home with the leftover steak of which I only took about two bites at the restaurant, that I realized the steak itself was also burnt and just extremely smelling and tasting of propane or something it was cooked on. normally I wouldn’t complain about something like this, but that steak was over $100 and I’m extremely disappointed. I wish I had asked for a refund for that before I left the restaurant but unfortunately, I didn’t really realize that the steak was as bad as it was until I got home and tried it again. Again, I only took about two bites in the restaurant and I’m sure my guest was being courteous by telling me it was good considering I just spent all that money on him. So upsetting and so disappointing. Terrible."

"We drive 60 miles from the Philadelphia area to attend Bach at Noon monthly. This was our first visit to Cachette French Bistro and it could not have been better. The seating had us side by side looking over to the distinctive architecture of Bethlehem. We both ordered the Croque Madame, a most delicious selection equal to that which we had in Paris eight years ago. The service was excellent and attentive. Sorry to not remember the name of the wonderful young woman who tended our table, for she was superb. Excellent selection of wines-by-the-glass and flavorful coffee. We look forward to our concert next month for another day of Bach, conducted by Greg Funfgeld and lunch at Cachette French Bistro."

"I am impressed! When you drive by it looks like a whole in the wall bar, but you want in and the atmosphere is great. Bartenders are great. Made me feel welcome and like they were your friend. Live music with a nice outdoor area. If you don’t get the garlic pretzels, you are missing out. Only hiccup of the night was the flatbread they gave me was incorrect but the flatbread they did give me was really good!"

"We asked to be seated in a quiet, back area of the restaurant and we were. This is an excellent restaurant for sharing dishes. The food came promptly and was in a range from tasty to delicious. Tapas also serves food from an adjoining restaurant which specializes in crepes. This is a huge plus because especially for vegetarians, it really expands the number of offerings. While not a big issue, the vegetarian paella, in comparison to other dishes, seemed a bit pricy for a rice based dish although the quantity was very good."

"The waitress was extremely friendly. We ordered the pizza and cauliflower wing bites with ranch, as well as the white pizza with garlic, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms. There was a live band playing popular songs like "Stacy's Mom", mixing pop-punk and soft rock. The dancing was a lot of fun in the spacious restaurant."

"Get here early! It fills up fast!. The Food:<br/ We like to order a few of the smaller dishes here and split them, instead of just having a sandwich. The macaroni cheese has sort of a peppery taste and they serve it in the dish it was baked in with the cheese slightly burned on the top. Burned in a good way, that is! It comes in two sizes, which is nice. The Pittsburgh bites are pieces of tofu or chicken (I've only had the tofu) seasoned and fried and come with ranch or bleu cheese for dipping. Very nice, and the hot ones are very spicy! My other favorite is the tofu tacos, which you can get with beef or fish as well.<br/ <br/ <br/ The Atmosphere:<br/ The interior of Kelly's looks sort of half bar/half diner with the bar on the left and booths on the right. It's very dim inside with the burgundy walls and dark ceiling. All of the tables have candles on them. It's a friendly atmosphere with a wide mix of people. <br/ <br/ <br/ Some suggestions:<br/ I would recommend to anyone who wants to go there to get there when they open at 5pm. It fills up fast! Parking in the area can be hard to find, so we usually park at the Target up the street and walk. If I had one suggestion for Kelly's it would be to have someone take your name when you come in so you can be called to be seated. It's currently a free-for-all trying to get a table. Everyone is standing around inside the door and no one knows the order of who got there."

"I booked a table specifically for UFC 297 through an event link, ensuring a reserved spot. However, when I arrived, I found myself at a high-top table. To make matters worse, the fights were only shown on one TV because of the Packers/Niners game. The table they assigned us had chairs positioned in a way that forced us to twist our necks uncomfortably to see the fights. I asked if they could put the fights on a TV within our line of sight, but it took four fights before they finally changed it. When I requested to move to one of the three open booths, I was told they were reserved. I understand that they were reserved, but that reservation was supposed to be for me. I get that if I had just walked in expecting to watch, it would be understandable, but this was actively promoted by the casino. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. While the server was fantastic and the food was great, I won’t be returning for an outing anytime soon."

"Our dining experience had its ups and downs. I ordered the salmon, which was quite good, and the chef was attentive to my dietary restrictions. However, two of my companions ordered hamburgers, and they were a letdown—bland and lacking flavor, with limp fries and tasteless bacon. Another friend tried the fish fry and thought it was decent. When the waitress inquired about our meals, my husband voiced his disappointment with the hamburger. She mentioned that she would inform the manager, who would likely take action, but nothing was done. Overall, it was quite disappointing."

When I brought concerns to our waitress she acted as if I was bothering her. Also, the new owner left my business a bad rating in retaliation of our review of his. Even tho we have never done work for them. This wouldn't have happened under previous ownership."

"We found this gem by chance while in town for a concert. It's rustic industrial atmosphere will make you feel as if you are on vacation somewhere special! We loved being able to sit inside/outside with the garage door open! There is also seating fully outside if you want to people watch. Now the food...the breads, burgers, chicken and other items are hand made and are phenomenal! The nachos with chili are out of this world and the shrimp corn chowder was one of the best soups I have ever had! We also had the chicken club....with home made bun, of course. Simply amazing! Now the service...Matt, the bar tender was on top of it all. His professionalism and fantastic personality was the icing on the cake with this find. He has been with the establishment since it opened and it shows. The only thing he wasn't doing while taking care of everyone was juggling ...however, I have no doubt that he could handle it with ease! This is a MUST TRY! You can thank me later..Bravo Franklin's!"
