"On Saturday, August 21, 2022, I picked up a cake for a bridal shower. When I collected it, I noticed that the cake was tilted, and I expressed my concerns, mentioning that the upper layer was not aligned properly. I took the cake home, but when I checked it on Sunday morning, I discovered that the upper layer had slipped off the lower layer! Upon examining the lower layer, I found that it was only supported by two straw dowels, which are insufficient for a cake of this size. A cake like this should have larger and more sturdy supports to keep the top layer in place! I’m disappointed with the quality of work from National Bakery."
