"I don't understand the hate for this restaurant. We were tired last weekend after skiing at Gore, and wanted some nice veggie food. I saw the negative reviews for this place and decided to go for it anyway. Vegetarian food in this area is not easy to find. Tandoori grill had great food and quick service. Of course, we did takeout. I got palak paneer, which was pleasantly spicy. I got to choose the spice level, on a ten scale. The rice was long-grain, fresh and sticky. We also got a two orders of samosas, which were tasty. I have extensive eating experience, I lived by Jackson Heights for many years and I know Indian food. This was great. I will stop in again next time I'm in the area."
