"It’s a pickle. I went to get a sandwich for my daughter which was fine. However what a fight over a pickle. The gentleman who took our order was nice enough and informed me that the pickles are complementary and I could have 4. Cool but I didn’t want 4 I wanted to buy a side maybe a dozen. Then a very very Rude lady informed me that I could not buy them as they were complementary. I can have them for free but I can’t buy more. If it wasn’t for her rude behavior I probably would of been fine."
"My partner and I went to the location at 2755 SW Cedar Hills Blvd Unit 102 Beaverton, OR 97005. We did an online order at 2:07pm and had a pick up time of 2:30. Unfortunately it was not ready at 2:30. After checking in about it at 2:35, they said it would be another 10 mins. It was ready at 2:50 instead. The workers in the shop didn’t seem to care that we were waiting that long at all. Literally almost an hour for one sandwich and two soups."
