"She even gave me a sample cup to see if I liked it, which was a nice gesture at first. However, when I suggested it needed less peanut butter, she didn't offer to make a new one. It felt counterproductive. I think next time, I might request another employee to help me instead. It's frustrating when someone gets your order wrong, especially as a paying customer, and I always try to be polite. It seems odd to tell someone how their smoothie should be made without knowing their dietary restrictions.
I usually tip when I order to-go, which adds to my frustration. Perhaps the manager could learn a thing or two from her colleagues. I gave the place three stars because, aside from her, every other employee does an excellent job."
