"I had never tried Creole cuisine before and assumed it would be too hot and spicy for my taste, but I ended up really enjoying it for lunch. They offer a variety of dishes served over two cups of white rice. The Bourbon chicken was a bit sweeter, while the Voodoo chicken had some heat to it. My favorite, however, was the Bumblebee Stew, which came with blue cheese and tortilla chips as an appetizer. It's not fancy, but it was a delightful change of pace for lunchtime!"
