"I’ve been visiting this place for 20 years, but for the past five years, I’ve often been disappointed with their service. I typically order a large hot fudge sundae to go, but even when I watch them prepare it, I can never be sure of what I’ll find when I get home. Too often, it seems like there’s significantly less ice cream than I paid for, with an overwhelming amount of fudge on top. Most recently, I had to wait several extra minutes while the teenagers behind the counter were too busy flirting with each other to attend to customers. When I finally got my sundae, it was a letdown. In short, there seems to be a lack of training and adult supervision at this place, which results in poor quality. You’d probably be better off buying the ingredients from a store and making your own sundaes at home."
