"I want to start out by saying I’ve been in the hospitality industry for about 15 years on multiple facets from fine dining, to developmental, to franchise and notarized brands. First time ever eating at skillets. The manager Matt had a floor presence and was greeting people at the door. Someone in the industry knows when a fake smile is being presented or not. So either he has mastered the craft of faking a smile or he was very genuinely positive, smiley, and uplifting to he and the rest of his staff.. qualities of a leader. I sat down to be greeted promptly by Jeremy. Clean cut, well groomed, and knowledgeable. He hit his service steps and gave recommendations. I was pleased with my meal and the level of hospitality that was provided by Jeremy.. but that part that shocked me even further was he was consistent with every other table. Promptly greeted, good verbiage with guests, prebussing his tables, other people’s tables, and moving at a graceful but purposeful pace. Can’t stress enough how impressed I was. Well done I will be back with the wife soon."
