After the manager explained that my order was canceled due to out-of-stock items, she mentioned she would go back to verify that everything was available and took the blame for the situation. I really dislike the inconsistency and dishonesty associated with this store! If it's not Jalen, TahJay, or Faith, the service is poor every time!
