"Service was lacking as well. I dined with a large group of 12 outside, where the weather was beautiful, but there were swarms of gnats and flies. We understand they can’t control the bugs outdoors, but given how frequently they landed in our food and drinks, I would have expected the restaurant to offer us indoor seating, especially since it was quite empty that day. Our drinks were delayed, and our server was inattentive, only bringing water to half of the group. Instead of refilling our glasses, she brought a pitcher of water and expected us to serve ourselves, which was unappealing given the bugs that were everywhere. To make matters worse, all of the glasses were filthy—each and every one of them. I wish I had taken pictures, but my stomach just couldn’t handle it. Our server also neglectfully left dirty plates cluttering the table as she brought more food. I had to stack my own plates near the end and ask her to take them away.
All I can say is thank goodness this restaurant is closing in a week. Their downtown location might have better service, but if the food tastes the same, I wouldn’t recommend giving it a try."
