"Upon entering, a woman shouted from across the room for us to sit anywhere, which was quite unexpected. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was calm. We placed our orders and noticed that another table had received their meal, with steam rising from their eggs. I thought to myself, "So far, so good; at least the food is coming out hot." A server came over, introduced herself, and handed us the menus. I mentioned it was our first visit, and she welcomed us. However, she wasn’t the one serving us. Another server came by without introducing herself, and when I asked for coffee, she brought it over—only to find it was extremely watered down. My mom noted how weak it tasted. The server then remarked that "you can’t expect much; the coffee is terrible." I was taken aback! When our food arrived, it looked great, but it was cold. The bacon was overly salty, the grits were bland, and I had to drown the eggs in ketchup. To make matters worse, she didn’t serve us any water or even offer to bring us some. When my mom asked for a container to take her leftovers, the server replied, "Yeah, but what did you expect, you ate with your eyes," which my mom found offensive, especially since she had gastric bypass surgery and eats small portions. Things didn’t improve from there. I noticed the first server brought the check to the person sitting behind my mom, took his credit card, and processed his payment. Then, when my server brought my check, she told me I had to go to the front to pay. Absolutely not! The first server had taken care of my payment without me needing to leave the table. It was unbelievable! I will not be returning to this restaurant. I rated it a 2, but that was only for the ambiance—not for the service."

"My partner and I came into town for valentines day and to see a concert. We were looking for a cool fun place to have our valentines dinner. And we were excited about this place. The positives are that your staff was incredibly friendly and theatmosphere was nice, and our wine and cocktails were delicious. However our meal was absolutely the worst meal I've had. My lambwas cut so small there was hardly any meat on it, and what little meat was on it was cooked 3 different ways none of themcorrect. My risotto was Covered in grease and the cheese in it was just melted on top like it was done in a microwave. My greenbeans were cold, no seasoning, and undercooked. But worst of all my partners beef wellington was had So much pastry on it,that the pastry was undercooked and meat Was overcooked, and once again dripping in grease. The moment he cut in the greasepoured out like an oil spill on his plate. The mushrooms were basically rubber. His potatoes were good, but that was it. Ourwaitress, who was super nice, asked us how our meal was, and we told her the truth. And instead of getting a manager or thechef to come talk to us, she just simply said thank you for telling us, we will make sure the rest of them cooked tonight arefine better. Like, what?? No apology, no offering to comp anything. Nothing. Basically. Oh sucks for you, sorry. My cheesecake was good, but again my partners creme brulee had the sugar barely bruleed and the custard was curdled. We paid $220 notworth it. And was a really disappointing valentines dinner."

"management. worst management. the worst place in nashville. friend and I have been here for years we have put our drinks on a table and nod the boss has told us to take them off. what we did, but nick (very short manager) looked at my friend and as if he hit him and we asked the manager what is wrong, we moved the drinks and the manager nick said, her friend gives me attitude. my friend didn't say anything to this man, but okay, we're gonna move our drinks. the boss kicked us out. the boss wouldn't even listen to me. if they were a manager of the customer service industry, would it not be wise to treat their customers well? I'd never treat a few so badly. nick is the worst manager I've ever seen. I told everyone in the bus. I told them that they never go there and spend their money on the street at honky tonk where they treat customers with respect and understanding. the worst place in nashville. friend and I have been here for years we have put our drinks on a table and nod the boss has told us to take them off. what we did, but nick (very short manager) looked at my friend and as if he hit him and we asked the manager what is wrong, we moved the drinks and the manager nick said, her friend gives me attitude. my friend didn't say anything to this man, but okay, we're gonna move our drinks. the boss kicked us out. the boss wouldn't even listen to me. if they were a manager of the customer service industry, would it not be wise to treat their customers well?
