As someone who isn't the best cook, I struggled a bit with the udon, but the fresh vegetables were nice, although I noticed they had been refrigerated beforehand, which might be a drawback for some. We also tried a cooked tofu dish, which was delicious. I encourage everyone to give this place a chance; just keep in mind it might not be the ideal option for non-meat eaters.
