"On our second night, we decided to return to Mistral instead of heading to Coronado. Our host greeted us like old friends this time, and we continued our chat. We both chose the Wagyu tri-tip, which was served with green beans and was both delicate and tasty. I paired my meal with a glass of Orfila Benign Neglected Syrah, a perfect match for the dish. For dessert, I had raspberry cheesecake with raspberry sorbet, while my partner opted for plain vanilla ice cream. The cheesecake was light and creamy—just the right size after the hearty meal. We enjoyed two wonderful dinners and would definitely return if we find ourselves back at the hotel."
