"When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the girl who answered said her manager was beside her and overheard my complaint. She mentioned that when the ribs come without sauce, they tend to burn. While I understand that, I still think it's unacceptable. The ribs were burned regardless of the sauce. The person responsible for packing the food should have known better than to send out what I received.
What if I were allergic to sauce? Would that mean I have to settle for burned food? It's very disappointing because I had enjoyed their food before and was looking forward to ordering again. It’s especially frustrating since they didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue."
