"When I arrived at Joseph's, it was quite peaceful inside. There was a sign that said "seat yourself," so I picked a spot and was quickly greeted by the waitress, Ann, who was very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. The side salad consisted of mixed greens topped with a large, homemade crouton, red onions, cucumbers, and a slice of tomato. I was so eager to eat that I forgot to take a picture before diving in! Craving something comforting, I ordered the tortellini haystack pasta, and it exceeded my expectations! It seemed like they sautéed the meat before adding it to the sauce, as some pieces had a delightful crunch and chewiness, while the pasta was creamy and cheesy. The entrees being served to other customers also looked tempting, and the service was quick. I will definitely be back to try more dishes!"
